NANCY is the best! She became our best friend in Chiang Mai. She helped us book some great tours (and gave us discounts). Her kindness, smile and laughter are the reason we want to write this review.
The wifi was down during our stay (apparently due to city construction out of the hotel's control), and the cell service inside the room was practically non-existent too. But the staff set up a temporary hotspot in the lobby area, which was nice of them.

Nancy was fantastic, we would like to take her back to the UK with us! We had reliable and consistent help and advice during our whole stay, it was brilliant. Nancy and all the staff were very friendly and always asked about our day when we were coming and going, very friendly environment to be in. The accommodation is the perfect location, so many things to see and do in Old town and Chang Mai are within walking distance or a short Grab ride. The building is well looked after and the rooms are a really good size with good AC.
The wifi was quite unreliable while we were here, Nancy and the team consistently chased it up with providers and even created a hotspot for guests down in the lobby which was fantastic. I don’t think the WiFi issue is normal so would not advise people to choose elsewhere to stay as a result. They made it work while we were here and we were very grateful.

Great location, great price , friendly staff
Had a serious issue with our toilet blocking from the second we arrived. Every time it was flushed would overfill the bowl and flood the bathroom floor. Lucky I’m a plumber as had to unblock it myself many times. 2 occasions we had staff in the room in which one of them was just given a plunger to do it myself after explaining I’m a plumber and it’s not the toilet that’s blocked it’s the full system. Was here for 4 days and nothing was done about it from the staff. Every time it was mentioned they just speak in local language and laugh at you
