This property is about half of a small house. It is very clean and well-located. Both bedrooms are small; and one is very small. I was here alone and had plenty of room. And there is lots of kitchen equipment and towels. I don't know how 4 people could occupy this place comfortably. And, there are no closets! Just 3 hooks near the door. Overall, a great place for me to spend 6 nights.

Convenient when we got there, it was super late and we got in just fine. Stay was perfect for us as we just needed a place to rest our heads. Thank you

I usually don't go super in depth on these, but this was our worst experience with VRBO rental.
If you plan to spend your days on the trails, this house is fine- it has a big shower, a manageable kitchen, and a washer and dryer.
Mini fridge is not ideal, but we made it work.
When it comes to noise level- OMG.
You can hear everything from the other side of the duplex- everything. Even someone just talking, I could hear every word. I'm a light sleeper so I didn't get much sleep. I had ear plugs, and I'm glad I did, but wasn't enough. I saw others write it is a quiet neighborhood, but that was not our experience.
There were french fries and candy wrappers in the sofa and literally a hole in the floor where you can see the ground beneath the house.
It's a quick drive to trails or beach and we didn't go there to spend time sitting around the house, so it worked.
I didn't communicate with the manager because I didn't want to waste any time that I could be hiking, but the form makes you enter stars in that section.
