Nice location - quiet but close to shops and restaurants. Ample space for a family of 4. The pool was nice to have, but it is only a small popup type pool.

Only basic equipment in the kitchen - for example no BBQ tongs or spatula, no vegetable peeler. The beds were very soft and bouncy. The front door lock was very hard to open.

the property was clean and very modern decor, looked lovely on arrival. we travelled as a group of 3 adults and one child so the desperate properties were good for us altho if we had had more young children it would have been very frustrating to have them separate from us. the villa is quite close to st Agata but up a steep hill which was quite unmaintained altho well used. beautiful views and the pics don’t do it justice by any means as much more clean and modern inside. the pool has also been decked so more accessible than it looks in photos and not gated. loads of outdoor space, meadow flowers and lovey plants = one of us got lots of mozzy/ horse fly bites as very rural but others didn’t. great to have washing machine and dw.

there was a noisy dog who barked continually next door and noise from neighbours with repairs and hedge cutting. broken kettle and no coffee machine.

We loved the location, the villa was lovely, clean & spacious. Comfortable beds & dining area. Loved the fact that it was 2 villas attached together & the pool was a just great with a lovely area around it.

Only reason it didn't get an "excellent " was that the tiles were quite slippery around the villa when it rained ! Could do with large glasses or tumblers but other than that it was a lovely villa & thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊

The location was very relaxing and quiet! A good antidote to crazy tourist attractions. Access to the little town by car was easy. The veranda and outdoor area are lovely! The kids (2 teens) enjoyed the pool. The AC worked great and the kitchen had most items one needs for cooking meals. The decor and space added to the serene experience of staying here. The beds had very soft comforters and the showers were great! Mariano was very nice and helpful!

At this price point I would have expected a coffee or Nespresso or Keurig machine. Also, additional pillows and blankets and higher quality mattresses. Having some information on site about getting around and especially directions to places would be most helpful! Getting around the greater area was extremely frustrating - we relied Google maps but did not always have internet service. Google sent us down roads that were inaccessible for the rental car - we missed a scheduled tour and our ferry time because of inaccurate or inaccessible directions. It would be easier to have a set key pickup location stated in the agreement rather than trying to call the day of arrival as phone service was not reliable. It took a bit of time to connect with the host.

Wonderful property in stunning area, so near to St Agata. Clean and lovely outside area. Car not required as we walked lots and hosts were great. Loved our stay.

Nothing, although patio areas needing a little attention due to weeds.

Very nice, tidy accommodation, consisting of two separate apartments, garden, bbq terrace, not really charming swimming pool (which we did not use). The location is a bit remote but worth the peace and beautiful sea view. The host was very nice. Everything great!
