Nice property, had an enjoyable stay

We have recently come home from a lovely stay at this property. Our group was 3 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean & had everything you need. For us the location was key, easy walk to the town and all of the beaches. No need for the car all week. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

very clean and up to date furnishings. Plenty of room for our party of 5 with the teenagers loving the loft room. Our needs were relatively simple whilst we were staying but appeared to have all the appropriate kitchen implements. It was good to know the garage was available although we parked our car outside on the street. The saniflo en suite was quite noisy but not really a problem for a few days stay. We really enjoyed staying at the property and would fully recommend. The only obvious area for improvement would be to provide wi-fi. Our teenagers gobbled up their mobile data and would have appreciated wi-fi and I would have been happy to have paid a little extra for this to be included! Fantastic location - only 10 mins to walk to town and perhaps 20 mins to Fistral beach and the coastal path. As the location is very central to the town, it is easy for your party to split and do different things, really refreshing not to be totally reliant on the car. However equally easy to access out of town for day trips. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, very clean and perfect for a group! 5 minute walk to the town and 15 minute walk to the beach! What more could you ask for!

The house was nice and clean and suitable for all the group.Shaun the owner is very helpful in every way.The location is perfect, just right from the station ,shops and the sea .But one thing that did bother us,was the phone signal was low. But that didn't upset us very much , I wouldn't mind going back there again, and I would recommend it to any of my friends.

Great property that is well located. Catered for four adults and children and the garage was a bonus for storing motorbikes during the stay. Great weather, children loved it and didnt want to come home...!

A great location within walking distance of the town centre and shops. a bright home that gets lots of sunlight, I would happily stay there again! The owners left us perfect instruction and made everything easy to follow 10/10
