Central location, close to everything

Great location with several shops and restaurants in the area. Free beach is just opposite the place. Great air condition and well equipped kitchen in our apartment. Large spacious rooms. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Partial view (between the trees) on the lake with lovely sunsets every evening. In the extra bedroom of the apartment the blinds were strong and kept light and noise out pretty well.

The wifi was very weak and eventual. The beds were a bit too hard. There is a lot of noise on the street until midnight, as this is located in a busy area. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher. Curtains in the living room (main room) were not too dark so there was a lot of light early morning. Out of the 4 beds only one had a socket close to it. An extension cord would have been nice for the others.

Very good

It is cosy clean , balcony is very nice , view and also perfect positioned , a short pleasant walk to all the terraces and shops and lake side, but still a little away from the big noise in the night. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The room is small but perfect for a weekend. The only thing I really didnt like that the bistro bar downstairs was completely closed and no were tables outside,norhing. I planned on having a chill breakfast there but instead had to search for a place after waking up (tequila taverna is a good place).

Our bathroom has not been cleaned when we arrived. I am sure it was not on purpose, as everything else was nice and clean.

Exceptional

We were in Villa Gréta 4 days and it was great. We had double room with view on lake Balaton, which was beautiful. Personal were helpful, kind and communication with them was perfect. We will come back again :)

The location of apartman is very convenient. It's very close to the lake and also close to the restaurants and cafés. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cafe is amazing at the bottom of the hotel, it has great breakfast and brunch options.

The location is excellent.

Make sure to look at the pictures closely to know which room you are bookimg. Our double bed room was small with an outdated bathroom.

Central location, good cafe downstairs, kind staff, cleanliness.

3rd floor without elevator. The apartment is in a somewhat unfinished state: hole in the floor, strange light switches, cable hanging from the wall.

Excellent location and friendly staff

Location is great, short stroll to the main strand with cafes. Great cafe downstairs. Excellent staff. Parking on-site (10 eur/day)

Bathrooms would like to get renovated :-). Clean and ok, but unlike the rest of the place that seems to be fully refurbished, bathrooms are not.

Good spot in heart of Siofok

Great location, clean room, freindly,helpful and flexiable staff members!

Bathroom is “classic” but not in a good way. Beakfast is optional and very taste but small portion.
