About this bed and breakfast
Small town living, private bedroom in our home, full use of kitchen. Trails & beaver ponds nearby. Queen-sized bed. Shared bath when Full-size guest room is occupied. Our other room is Alpine Aspen if you prefer a king bed with a private bath. Breakfast is continental.

Turned out the owners knew three different couples we used to know who lived in Woodland Park. Had a great time. Only negative was the listing said breakfast included, but you had to make it yourself, which was no big deal.

I stayed 10 nights and was pleased with the area, the accommodations, which were clean and comfortable, the pleasant people and the friendly dogs. I would definitely stay again if i come through this area.

It was a nice place very clean. But the front door was very busy with people dropping off their dogs so the owners could watch dogs downstairs needs to be a separate entry for that business and a door from downstairs to upstairs so you do not hear the dogs bark every time you walk across the floor or whenever they hear a sound.
