Very private, rustic cottage on 400 feet of Rangeley Lake frontage on the south side of the lake. Beautiful views with a sandy entry into the water. Located on the south side of Rangeley Lake Rustic - a step above camping Sandy, gradual entry to the water... great for kids! All linens are laundered at an offsite facility and new linens and towels are brought in for every guest's stay. The entirety of our housekeeping processes meet and exceed all CDC cleaning guidelines. If you have any questions/concerns, please reach out to our office for more information. For your convenience: Our housekeepers will leave a check in packet with area information for you at the property. Also included at the rental are paper products, trash bags, dish soap and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

What a great spot! The location of Linn Lakeside is the perfect vacation spot. VERY private with a sandy beach for swimming, paddleboarding, canoeing, etc. Woke up and went to bed to the sound of the Loons and beautiful sunset views.
The cabin could use some updating, mainly some of the furniture and shower. Fully applianced and plenty of dishes (did not use stove/oven). No grill or fire pit provided (brought own). If bringing pet, check for mouse/ant baits on floor of cabin. Otherwise, great spot for dogs!
Overall a great visit!! I even added a extra night onto my vacation :)

A wonderful Father's Day weekend at the Linn cottage.
The view from the cottage was an ever changing delight.
The cottage was equipped with all we needed.
The weather was a bit rainy but we got in two rounds of golf at
Mingo Springs. We also fished and took some hikes.
We will definitely return to this special place.

Very quiet and rustic camp. Great beach area for a 2 and 5 year old to play in the shallow water. We had a very relaxing stay. Only thing missing was a fire pit for roasting marshmallows.

Family Memories Made
This was our 2nd visit to Rangeley and 1st time at this cabin. It was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful views and private. Our son was able to laugh, run, play and just be a kid here without us having to worry about bothering neighbors. He had a blast and so did we.

Relaxing in Rangeley
We loved our vacation at Linn Lakeside. The cottage is set a very short distance from the shore of Rangeley Lake. The huge windows provide a breathtaking view of the lake and beautiful sunsets. This was our first time at Linn Lakeside and we enjoyed it very much. Sara and others at Morton & Furbish always find us the perfect spots for our family. We've never been disappointed and we typically spend time during almost every season at Rangeley. We love the peace, beauty, and wonderful people something we always look forward to. Thank you Sara for a great pick again!

A wonderful stay
A beautiful spot for an "off the grid getaway". A very comfortable 1960's rustic cabin with a gorgeous view and a small private beach. The sunrises, sunsets and night time star gazing were exceptional. There was a constant stream of loons, gulls, cormorants, and even a bald eagle sighting. Bring an extra blanket and plenty of books and plan to chill-ax.

The cottage is ok - well used and really only good for 2 to 4 people. There was no internet or phone or tv (which was fine for us). The location and water access and view are the best. Everything was absolutely perfect. We are going to miss waking up to that view every morning and had the perfect weather. So much to do and not far from town and shops.

Linn Lakeside - Wonderful Rental Spot
We really enjoyed our time at the Linn Lakeside property. You CANNOT beat the view, especially the sunsets. We really enjoyed how private it was as well. The sandy shallow beach was perfect for our young children too and we were impressed how sandy and big it was. The walk to the water is pretty pitchy so if you have someone that cannot walk well, I'd be cautious with this property. We did bring solar lights and made our own little light up walk way for night time because it is rocky around the beach entrance and it was awesome and looked pretty :) The house its self was pretty good. We did find a few mice under the sink on the last day and the porch stairs were damaged and should be repaired. Overall the rooms were suitable to our needs and the kitchen worked out great. It's hard to stay inside because the view and outside property is so awesome! I also liked its location. It was 10 minutes to either downtown Rangeley or oquossoc. Overall we had a great time and would definitely rent this property again.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We are going to miss waking up to that view every morning and had the perfect weather. So much to do and not far from town and shops.

Linn is a lovely cottage
Linn is a lovely cottage with one of the best views you can ask for on the lake. The house and amenities more than adequate for our week stay. The sandy beach was easily accessible and the privacy 100%. The wind is the only detriment, as it can make it difficult to grill or thoroughly enjoy sunning

While not fancy, the cabin is very comfortable. The view cannot be beat and since it's on the south side of the lake, the breeze is always blowing, which keeps the bugs away. There is a great little swimming area. The lupines were in bloom and it was beautiful. We had a great stay.

Nicest view on the lake
Waking up every morning and looking out the two huge picture windows to the breath taking view of the lake was well worth the stay. A cozy camp with a modern but rustic touch.
