Neat & tidy, very cute & clean room & shared bathroom easy to use. Staff were excellent, so helpful & friendly. Lobby lounging area so convenient & free tea & bikkies :) Omelette & fruit for brekkie yummy. Great location. Great value for money.

It was a cheap stay. You can take as much fresh waterbottles as you want. You could ask the staff for help anytime. The airconditioning was good. The hotel was clean, but bedsheets weren't replaced during our stay.
We didn't like the breakfast. Every day it was the same selection, no variation.
It wasn't much adapted to western tourists like there wasn't fresh bread or some bread toppings as cheese or ham...
The coffee was bad. We would like a more light breakfast for ex. yoghurt, musli, cornflakes...
There is no wardrobe in the room, only a hanger and a small shelf. We showered with lukewarm water every day...
We expected more from a hotel with a 9/10, but we should have taken the cost into account.
