-Absolutely beautiful room, traditional Thai decor and vibe with modern touches in both room and it's bathroom
-The bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud
-Very well cleaned and maintained, it smelled nice in the house and in the room
-The balcony was big and had a nice table in case you like to enjoy fresh air (also when you order food but don't want to eat in the room)
-Quiet neighborhood, I felt relaxed and comfortable walking around even at night
-The room is part of a big house, the hosts were hospitable and had the perfect balance of giving you your privacy while also being available at anytime
-House facilities such as the kitchen can be used, and the house has a locked gate that is unlocked by your access card so it's secure
-True Digital Park is less than 10 mins away walking on foot, >5 mins by Grab bike (when it's too sunny to walk haha)
-Location is a little bit far from main attractions of Bangkok, however it is still a good area to stay at if you don't mind the commute and you want a relaxing/calm area to stay at (True Digital literally has almost everything, including a skywalk with a track for exercise)

The room was very attractive - more like a room in someone's house than a hotel room. Breakfast was not provided, but there was an excellent kitchen area, so you could make your own breakfast and even other meals. It's in a residential area with a large shopping mall and plenty of shops within walking distance. I will certainly stay there again if I go back to Bangkok.
It's a 20 minute walk to the train station. I chose it because it was near my son's apartment, but many people might prefer something more central.

Great quiet stay in Bangkok. Quiet residential location close to sukhumvit and lots of restaurants/shops nearby.
The AC is very loud. I could hear it even with earplugs. I'm a light sleeper so it was a bit annoying.

Interesting place to stay and they certainly have done a lot to get this to a kind of 5 star 'boutique' experience. It's essentially a large residential house converted into different rooms. I stayed in the 'junior sweet with balcony'. The room was comfy and good overall, however I had one major bugbear which was the AC unit. It was one of those old 'built' in ones and it was very loud, even on the lowest setting. I had to use earplugs to sleep. Further, it blows directly onto your head so I had to switch ends of the bed so my feet were at the headrest. Perhaps some people wouldn't be bothered by this but for me the noise and air stream were problems.
The staff was very polite and attentive. The area is a kind residential area but close to shops and the True Digital Park. Overall a good stay, just for me they'd have to address the AC issue for it to have lived up to my expectations.
