Lovely large apartment with everything needed inside. Big balcony with plenty of outdoor furniture. Complex very friendly. Only negative is it’s difficult to rebook because it’s so nice and gets booked early. Would fully recommend, if you get chance to book. Pauline is lovely, friendly and very helpful without being intrusive.

This apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. The 2 bedrooms are large and comfortable, the bathroom large and clean, the living room is nice and comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied, and the large south-facing balcony (where we spent most of our time) is perfect.

Had a fantastic time while staying in the great apartment. The location is great just a short walk to the beach, the complex is so friendly, and we’ll kept. Great spac , and a spacious balcony . The apartment had absolutely everything you will need for 4 people . The only negative point , there was only 1 toilet roll for 2 people for one week .

All communication with Pauline was prompt and easy. Her spacious apartment is in an ideal location within minutes of the main strip. The kitchen is well equipped and the TV has numerous channels including all sports channels. The large terrace is a suntrap although there is an awning to provide shade. The surrounding gardens and pool area are clean and well maintained.

Nov 2020. Spacious, clean, two bedroom apartment. Great sunny large terrace. Everything you need. English TV channels. Liddl 15-20 min walk. Main strip 8-10 min walk. Slight hill when walking back. Supermarkets near by. 5 min walk to nearest bar. Pauline the host was absolutely fabulous, always quick to answer queeries. And arrange airport transfers.

The hosts Pauline and Colin were lovely nothing too much for them. What a great place to stay. Everything clean and modern. Bonus was definitely the sun loungers on the private balcony. Proper sofas in the lounge too. Pauline was a great host and I'm already looking at going back. Thank you Pauline, the apartment is a great credit to you 😍

Located on the first floor, this ample two bedroom apartment has lots of space inside and out. Modern, clean and in full working order with a large outdoor area overlooking the sea you could not ask for more. The communal areas are well cared for and are well lit at night. The pool area is not too busy and the pool is perfect for double dipping when temperatures soar. The apartment is a five minute stroll down a gradual gradient to the seafront bars and restaurants and there is a convenient supermarket 200 metres away at the end of Princess Ico street. If you are unable to walk far then a taxi to the casino end of the esplanade costs between 3 and 5 euros ( difference due to one way system). I would not hesitate to revisit whenever we return to Lanzarote and thank Pauline again for all her good offices.

Excellent spacious apartment close to the centre of Puerto Del Carmen. Well equiped kitchen for self catering, large balcony with plenty of seating and the bbq was an added bonus. Lovely pool area which is well maintained. We have stayed in several apartments in Lanzarote and this is the best by far. Pauline was an excellent host. We have already booked to come back next year.

Just returned from a weeks holiday, this was a lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment, it was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen well equipped with all you’d need. The complex was secure and well maintained. My son really enjoyed the pool. Pauline was a great host from time of booking until we left, always answered any questions we had, even when my son asked about fishing. Would highly recommend

The apartment was clean, spacious and modern with full facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. A welcome pack of essentials was much appreciated supplied by Pauline, the owner, and if you wished to cook there were plenty of oils, herbs and all the necessary equipment. All towels and beach towels were included and the bed linen was as new. The lounge had comfy settees and an entertainment package to want for none, all sky channels plus DVD player. The terrace had newly refurbished sun loungers and chairs which had full sun all day. On the first floor there was hardly any noise unless you count birds and woofers and there was a sea view. Two minutes walk from the sea front restaurants and supermarkets there is precious little to be negative about. The complex has a small heated pool with sun loungers which never became too busy. This will appeal mostly to couples of any age although the majority of long term holidaymakers were of a certain mature variety. Pauline was just the host you would desire and went to great lengths to print our return boarding passes which we later discovered was not necessary but I will take that up with Mr. Thomas Cook. This apartment is worth the wait and when allowed I would love to return.

We have been staying in this apartment for about 5 years and we stayed for a month in Sept/Oct 18. The apartment is in the perfect location, just far enough away from both the strip and old town but very easy walking distance. The apartment is great value for money and Pauline could not be more helpful. Unfortunately for us the secret is out and she is already booked up for the same time next year but we will be back at some point.

We've just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks in Pauline's apartment. It has everything you need and more. Friendly complex within easy walking distance of both the strip and the old town. large bedrooms with air-con and plenty of storage space. A large living / kitchen area with tv and all channels . brilliant wifi. Large balcony with all you need to sunbathe. We will be back

We thoroughly enjoyed stay at No 22 apartment. Having stayed at many apartments on Lanzarote, this has to be one of the very best. Attention to detail, was spot on, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and very well equiped with every cooking utensil required. A luxury to have swimming towels provided and a glorious sun terrace to enjoy in peace and privacy. We'll be booking again, if Pauline will have us!

Spacious and spotless was my first impression. Extra large balcony with sun beds, which was great for the kids. Beautiful Pool right beside us and not crowded. Location was 10 mins walk from sea front. Management was so courteous and couldn't do enough for us. We will most definitely return again. We loved this apartment

Very nice and spacious apartment. TV very temperamental but was informed this will be sorted soon as cable is coming to area. Internet OK. Apartment about 5-10 mins walk from beach. Balcony sees sun most from 10ish to sun set. All things considered best apartment we've stayed in.
