About this villa rental
Nestled in Roggel, this attractive villa for $204 per night is a great choice for your next break. This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. The detached, themed farm villas are spread out over the spacious park. They are all very comfortably furnished and have modern conveniences such as under floor heating and wireless internet. They are on large parcels in various sizes from 5 to 13 people. For the larger variants (from 7 persons) one or more of the bedrooms and a bathroom is on the ground floor. Ideal for going on holiday with grandma and grandpa! In the farm villas there is a lovely manicured garden and a (covered) terrace with garden furniture. For further explanation for the various types (16 in total), see the details at the park level. There are child friendly types (including cot, playpen and high chair, washing machine and dryer) and luxury types (with sauna, bubble bath and some with steam shower). In short, a luxury holiday on a park with many facilities, something for everyone! Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. Park was fantastisch, huisje was niet schoon, eindschoonmaak betaal je 80 euro voor. Bij aankomst zelf alles moeten schoonmaken. Heb er fotos van ! En dan heb je een vetrekinfo aan de deur hangen. Als jullie zien wat je moet doen dan vraag ik mij af waarom ik 80 euro eindschoonmaak moet betalen Je moet bedden afhalen dat kan ik nog begrijpen Oven en gasfornuis schoonmaken Boederij veegschoon, ga zo maar door. Ik heb dit ook doorgegeven aan het park zelf, ze hebben schoonmakers hele jongen mensen, een jongen ging aan de overkant van ons hiis naar binnen en zat op de bank, ja dan snap ik wel dat je dus een vies huisje krijgt. Ik heb fotos hoe het eruit zag

Een heerlijk park met mooie villa's. Er waren veel recreatiemogelijkheden op het park, waar kinderen zich geweldig kunnen vermaken. In- en outdoor speeltuinen in overvloed. Leuk zwembad en mogelijkheden tot bowling, midgetgolf en wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving zijn. Natuurlijk kan je er ook fietsen en skelters huren. Gewoon een keer heen gaan.

We hebben een prima lang Paasweekend op de Leistert gehad. De binnen activiteiten waren gesloten, maar dat wisten we. We hebben veel dingen buiten gedaan, zoals fietsen, wandelen, de nieuwe mini-golf en de kids zelf buiten laten spelen op hun fiets en scates. Ook het huisje zelf was in zeer goede staat. Alles schoon, sauna gebruikt, goede, maar harde bedden. Al met al een prima weekendje weg in deze bijzondere tijden.

Verblijf was prima. Huisje is prachtig en schoon, locatie was door corona erg rustig maar daar kwamen we ook voor. Genoten van de sauna en het bubbelbad. Wat erg teleurstellend was is dat de beloofde playstation niet aanwezig was. Toen we dit bij de receptie hebben gemeld was de mededeling dat alle playstations zijn wegggehaald omdat ze in grote getalen werden ontvreemd. Dit was door het park aan Belvilla ook vooraf gecommuniceerd. In al onze communicatie rondom de huur stond de playstation nog gewoon vermeld inclusief de door Belvilla toegezonden inventarislijst. Het mag duidelijk zijn dat dit een grote teleurstelling was voor de kinderen. Receptie verwees ons voor verdere actie naar Belvilla :( maar daar hadden we op dat moment natuurlijk niks aan (ja, we mochten gratis midgetgolf spelen maar de baan stond blank en echt weer om te gaan midgetgolven was het ook niet.

We weren't allowed to enter the property until 3pm. However, at 3pm the house was still being cleaned. We needed to wait nearly 30 min to enter. The house was as advertised but it felt smaller than pictures. Some windows did not have a netting on the window so we needed to deal with flies our entire stay. Overall, it was a decent stay as long as you adjust your expectations to upscale camping, not luxurious camping.

Lekker genoten Ze waren aan het uitbreiden. Zou ook wat aan het zwembad doen ipv alleen buitenreacreaties. Binnenzwembad aantrekkelijker maken door bijvoorbeeld voor 12 + een golfslagbad met verschillende golven naar je toe. Iets in die trant....dat het spannend wordt en blijft.

Het huisje op vakantiepark de Leistert was perfect, niets op aan te merken, alles netjes en compleet. Mooie tuin erbij en dat was vooral met het mooie weer in de week na Hemelvaart heerlijk. Als ik toch een minpuntje zou moeten noemen is het de wifi in huis. Je kan voor 5 euro per dag wifi kopen, maar dat is dan voor 1 apparaat en kan ook niet uitgewisseld worden. Waarom niet gewoon een wifi voor alle devices? Maar, het is ook wel eens goed om niet steeds online te willen zijn, dan pak je eerder een boek of gaat een spelletje doen...

Het huisje waar wij in zaten (75) ligt perfect en is groot. Alles op en aan, niks op aan te merken. Maar.... geen gratis WiFi, als je een toegangscode koopt moet je bij elke aanmelding opnieuw inloggen. Daarbij komt ook nog dat de snelheid dramatisch laag is.

Mooi en ruim opgezet park, super leuk zwembad voor de kinderen alleen wel jammer dat de bubbelbaden maar heel erg kort bubbelen en dat je vervolgens erg lang moet wachten totdat het weer bubbelt. Mooie huisjes, voor de 7 persoons bungalow was de kamer wel ietwat krap. Ik miste ook wel een Senseo in de keuken.

Wij hebben ons heel goed vermaakt. Het park is verzorgd en de huisjes zien er mooi uit. De opzet van het park is ruim. Het tropische zwemparadijs is heerlijk. Er is echter heel duidelijk bezuinigd op de bedden. Deze zijn klein, bieden geen steun en zijn omkleed met kunstof/plastic (waardoor je je bed uitzweet). Gedurende de week van ons verblijf kregen mijn partner en ik steeds meer spierpijn/rugklachten. Terwijl wij geen rugpatienten zijn. Mijn tip is dan ook vervang die bedden door iets anders/nieuws. Ieder ander bed kan alleen maar een verbetering zijn. Hierdoor zal ik niet zo snel weer boeken op dit park. Jammer, want het park is echt prachtig!
