Хорошее место для отдыха - идеально и для экскурсий, и для тихого отдыха возле бассейна

Очень уютный отель с гостеприимным персоналом. Прекрасное соотношение услуг и комфорта по соотношению цена-качество. У нас возникли проблемы с бронированием, и отель Bien оперативно помог нам разместиться. Планировали присмотреться и забронировали жилье на 2 дня - в итоге продлили и остались здесь до конца пребывания в Ереване. В этом месте можно отдохнуть у бассейна, пешком пройтись до завода Арарат, да и в целом центр города в шаговой доступности. Номера очень просторные, разнообразный и вкусный завтрак. Настоятельно рекомендую к посещению, пока цены в этом отеле доступны!

My favorite hotel in Yerevan so far

Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Large rooms with heat/cool AC. Good WiFi internet. Big mall in 5 min walk time. Quiet nights. No problems with the parking space.

Not the fault of the owners, but the hotel is placed in front of a huge construction dump. It will be clean eventually I suppose, when the construction is over, but for now it is how it is.

Новый свежий чистый отель. Приятно, что рядом крупный молл. Можно и ошмотиться, и продукты с вином

Комфорт компенсирует местоположение. Завтра очень сытные и разнообразные. Даже с бастурмой. Отличный заварной кофе. Не везде в Армении такое удовольствие встречали. Чистота на уровне. Бассейн вполне комфортный. Ребенку понравился. Очень тихий и эффективный кондиционер. В жару очень спасал.

Местоположение. С такси из центра за 200-300 рублей не проблема, в принципе. Стройплощадка вообще не доставляла неудобств. Шума не было. А вид из окон вообще был на Арарат. Улучшить можно было бы дороги вокруг. Пыль и отсутствие тротуара.

Lovely staff, nice room, great pool and decent breakfast. Will choose this hotel again in future! Location is good: a mall on walking distance en city center is is easy to reach by taxi.

It's cozy and comfortable place to stay in

The breakfast was ordinary but pool was great. The bed's view was spectacular and the room was designed well (Minimal Style).

There isn't cold water in rooms, you must use the sink!!!!!!!

Fantastic

It was quite near to centre very close to american mbc as i came with my mom for her visa, she got her visa and very happy to stay in your hotel ,our room was booked in till 19 but i did need to stay one more day ,as all the staff was really kind and friendly my especial thanks to mery the manager of hotel she kindly prepare another room for us to i dont feel embraced next to my mom This trip was so special for me cos i havent seen my mom more than 8 years and we had a great time together even we had some fight (mother and daughter;) i really recommend this hotel

I wish i did know how go swim ;)

Dust from the construction site across the street. No dust inside the hotel, but 20m of the street can be pretty dusty.

first and the most important is security. this hotel was like huge well built and secure house from outside and well designed modern hotel from inside. the staff nearby shopping mall quit area was what I was looking for. will come back . thanks

Superb

The staff were super helpful from pre-arranged airport pick up to accommodating extensions although the hotel didn't have enough rooms and even introduced another hotel to move to. They helped out travelers who had limited local language understanding to get to places by ordering taxis, scanning and printing documents. Meri at the hotel is a superstar and we are grateful for her support.

Comfortable and pleasant!

Great hotel we are very happy we stayed there. Everyone there was super friendly, helpful and ready to answer in any request we had. The room was spacious with pool view and cleaned every day. We will definitely stay again. We highly recommend this hotel!

Bien is the way to go in Yerevan.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel is really nice inside and out. Good location near a big mall. Breakfast was good. Full 10 points!

Pillow was a bit hard, but that was a very minor thing.

Stuff was very-very nice and friendly. I did like it very much.

Inside the hotels everything was perfect. But outside not. The trash was around the pool and, for ex., melon could lay on the floor for 2 days
