Wonderful experience, great location and nice ocean view. House is well-furnished, air-conditioned, and with a walking distance to the beach.

Great experience. The rental process was a breeze. The property managers were wonderful to work with and they made our check in/check out as well as our entire stay comfortable; they made us feel at home. The neighbors were the best. All were very welcoming. Jack & Ruth were a joy to get to know. They added value to our entire trip. The property is fabulous. Everything you could want in a summer rental in Laguna Beach. Look no further. Great living space. We cook many meals in a kitchen that would make even a gormet cook excited. The view from the dining table is spectacular. Not to mention the upper deck. We enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from the spacious deck. As well as many beautiful sunsets. All of our guests got plenty of rest in the wonderful accommodations. From the master to the bunkroom. We had 6 grandkids with us throughout the month and the bunkbeds worked great. Our stay from July 1st to the 30th completely surpassed our expectations. We would love to stay here again in years to come. We highly recommend this property to anyone who would like to visit Laguna Beach. Our stay here was spectacular! The view from the deck is serene and wonderful. The house was very well equipped to stay a month--everything you would need was there. I got to meet neighbors who were so helpful and friendly. You can walk to beaches or walk uptown to Laguna restaurants and stores. Kathy and Bob were so ready to help whenever I needed something. Great place to stay while in Laguna Beach!

We stay in Laguna often but our first stay at this property. We loved it! The view is fantastic and as an amateur chef the vintage range is so fun. We had an issue with the fireplace, made a call, and had help within an hour. The neighbors are now friends we will see again and they are such wonderful people. We can't wait to see you again!
