Will not stay in this place again :(

I'm sorry but there's really not much to say good about this place unfortunately.

The A/C in our room was not cooling. The beds were not comfortable, room not so clean and it was noisy outside.

Kitchen water pressure was low. Kitchen sink stopped up. Room stayed warm.

Disappointing

Location

Roaches, dirty, not kept up. Paid $160 for the room. But I wouldn’t have paid more than $50 if I had known.

This Hotel is great for the price and I am going to use them again.

I was very impressed with this Hotel stay. Before getting there my sister arrived at her Hotel, which was different then mine, she had too be moved multiple times, where as our Hotel was very clean, and to check in was easy and the lady was so polite.

The only thing I was not happy with is the fact that someone parked in front of our room, so we had to park down some, and then we left at night to get some food and drinks came back and that spot had been taken. Parking is not the best but we dealt with it and moved on. Was not going to let that spoil our mini vaca.

Exceptional

The woman at the counter who served my cousin taking care of him is GREAT. He is from out of state and doesn't know the area. She makes you feel at home and so he is staying another night and postponing his road trip! He could use another peaceful nights sleep there he said. And of course the room is beautiful and clean. Thursday he was at a different place in the same town and the man turned nasty tried to bait and switch and jack up the price and they had roaches everywhere, even the shower and microwave! The man forgot that I am the customer so I had him leave and come here through booking.com which made it so easy to pay with not a ton of emails . Another place in the same chain as yours made it too hard to book, but luckily booking link popped up when I was searching and I found your fair priced room. And it was so easy for me, an older person used to simple ways, to type in basic info and be done! Oh and the safety and security is great! We don't mind in the least that this place is so thorough. It is great that they address people right away when they try to enter. It is quite professional.

Awful stay in New Braunfels Garden Inn

Nothing about this place I liked. The location may be the only thing that was nice.

The rooms smelled of heavy cigarettes. There were no towels or toiletries in the room. No coffee supplies. Went called front desk we were told they didn't know anything about things like that. Called a second time to inform them the other room we rented had all these things, they then brought us items, ( with an additude).The hostility was awful 😖 . There was roaches crawing on the bed and on the walls.. False advertising on web site. Needs to be updated. Very very disappointing 😞. Will never stay there again. Would like our money back, but I know we will not get it. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I feel the price is a bit much for this room and the not so friendly customer service here.

I liked that they are one level and the other guests were very welcoming and family oriented and made you feel at home in a way.

The bathroom sink water barely trickled even when turned all the way on. The hot water knob in the shower was stripped out and took me forever to get it turned back off. Staff could possibly be a tad bit more friendly and welcoming.
