This 2 bedroom cottage is cozy and close to everything. Just blocks from Schlitterbahn, downtown New Braunfels, the Faust bridge, and Market Square. There is even a park across the street. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.
One bedroom has a queens size bed and the second room has a full size bed. Linens and towels are provided. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove. Rental covers all utilities, wifi, and basic cable. Upgrading cable is available for a fee.

This stay worked out perfectly for us. Loved having the fenced in backyard for the dogs. The host was wonderful to work with. We would definitely consider staying here again if we’re ever back in the area.

It’s an awesome place. It had everything we needed for a month and did us well! Just needs a few touch ups with the doors and some paint. We had a minor issue but Michelle took care of it quickly! It’s in a great location, close to the river, downtown, and activities.

We needed a 6 weeks long stay to accommodate for a moving gap and this was a place for us!

Everything went smooth,walking distance to downtown. Nice bike riding around the neighborhood. Definitely recommend to others.
