Its definitely worth staying at

Location and it was nice the staff was friendly. Pretty relaxing place, pretty quiet too.

The walls of the room and the doors needed a lil tlc cleaning, the bedframes needed cleaned.. and the comforters or whatever they're called needed washed.

Nothing worked correctly: Door and lock,TV, telephone, toilet paper holder falling off the wall etc.

Arrived at 3:00 pm on 10/27/23. Had trouble getting door to unlock with card. The door was not installed correctly. The latch assembly had no clearance between it and the door frame/striker plate. We had to actually body slam the door to open. We immediately found the phone not working and went to the office immediately. We were treated disrespectfully by who appeared to be the owners and put off. At 9:00 pm the defective phone was still not replaced. We went to the office and told them if it was not taken care of we would file a complaint with the BBB and the Missouri Attorney General's office. The phone was replaced. The television was worthless! The remote would not work. We went to the office multiple times and treated terribly by the owners. We got one after another line of BS excuses. It never did work properly our whole stay. We had difficulty pulling the door tight enough to latch properly due to improper installation and fitment. We had a couple of times to force open and slam hard to get to latch. I put a 22ct gold ring on the nightstand Friday night. It was missing Saturday night when we returned from a show (10/18/23). The ring had the insignia of the Jewish letter for Jehovah on the outside and my name engraved with a date in 1970. This was awarded to me upon completion of degree work in the Scottish Rite in 1970. The current radical anti semitism so prevalent i can only conclude that this was a hate crime due to the predominant Jewish letter for Jehovah!our. Our 62nd wedding anniversary accommodations were worst we have had in Branson since coming here every year since 1970! I am on total disability plus PTSD. The hired staff were helpful but the owners/managers were the most arrogant disrespectful people I have ever encountered!

Great stay, only downfall is housekeeping opening our door with a do not disturb sign on it.

House keeper woke us up a hour before we even had to check out, we had a sign on the door and she came in anyway at 10am.

Worst Hotel in Branson

they charged a deposit and refused to return it because they said the towels were dirty they are thiefs they owe me $50 they do this to alot of people the rooms were not that clean and they have alot of tweekers moving about at all hours of the night I will never stay there again

Nice place to go to bed.

Big room, and a nice bed. Nice big TV on the wall. Air conditioning kept the room pretty cold.

The paint was peeling in the bathtub. There were only sheets on the bed. They needs to be a bigger cover / blanket on the bed.

It was ok. My main complaint was how many dead bugs were on the floor. Hadn’t been swept at all

Not very clean. Found several bugs on the floor, dead. Looked like it hadn’t been swept in weeks. The a/c also wasn’t blowing that well so my husband pulled the filter out to see if it was dirty and it was AWFUL. Probably hadn’t been cleaned in years. Also they advertised jet tubs but idk who would want to use them with the tub/jets as dirty as they were

Everything about our stay was good. Only complaint I would have it the bath tub didn't hold water but was still able to shower. Clean rooms and comfortable.

Exactly what I needed.

I did not try the breakfast, but when I checked in I arrived early like I planned and was able to get into a room to get my tired kids out of my car and in a bed. The overall stay was great. I appreciate the staff!

Great value, very walkable.

The room was large and the pillows were comfortable.

It was a little bright outside of the rooms at night. Could have been a little cleaner. The spa tub worked, but I would run bleach through it before using it. Brown foam was in the bottom of the tub when I ran it to see if it worked.

Check in lady was not rude but unapproachable...felt like the rooms were a prison cell....outside looked dirty and unkept...room smelled.....beds so hard couldn't find a comfortable position.. kids running up and down the stairs yelling/screaming...

It was on the strip and had a nice jetted tub.

Terrible air quality, killed a cockroach and mysterious white powder was on our dresser when we got there. And the people were very loud at night.

The location is great for doing things on strip. It was quiet

The parking spots are very slanted. The bathroom needed updated. Had no hand towels or wash cloths!
