We would love to share our private getaway located at “The Estates” at Emerald Lakes with you. VERY SPACIOUS AND CAN COMFORTABLY SLEEP large groups. It is located on almost 3 acres, just 90 mi from Philadelphia and Manhattan. Upgraded amenities of our home include quality mattresses, 1-70” television along with 5-50-65 "inch tv’s with Premium Channels and Wi-Fi . Our kitchen is fully stocked to easily accommodate your guests. We provide what we would want when we travel. Game room includes pool table, ping pong table, foosball, air hockey and poker table. Enjoy our large deck with 2 patio dining sets, gazebo with additional outdoor seating and fire pit. Outdoor games, badminton, corn hole toss and Horse Shoe. Our private property is beautifully landscaped and boasts a tranquil pond with waterfall. Community Amenities: (OPTIONAL.) PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED FOR COMMUNITY AMENITIES. • Boating & Fishing - We have 2 canoes available for your use. The house is surrounded by 6 lakes and many types of fish are found in the lakes to include pickerel, carp, bluegill, crappie and panfish. However, the most popular is the bass. The lakes are stocked each year with bass and are a catch and release only. Everyone is required to obtain the appropriate Pennsylvania State license to fish the lakes. Can be purchased at nearby Walmart. • Main Beach - This beach area is located on East Emerald Lake off Sage Road (a few minutes from the house). You will find a groomed beach area with roped-off swimming in the lake. The facility also includes a restroom building, children’s play structure, picnic tables and boat racks with a launch area. • Outdoor Pool - located on Cedar Drive, 2,500 square foot, 100,000 gallon pool is a popular attraction in the summer. The water is heated and guaranteed fun for the family. There is a restroom building NOTE: To book, guest must be over 25 and staying in the home to rent. We will be sending additional paperwork to the booking guest including house rules, liability waiver, and rental agreement. You will need to provide Drivers License and the Licence plates of the vehicles that will be on the property during your stay. Wristbands must be purchased to use community amenities. Our stay at this home was wonderful! Our family of 8 adults and 5 children (ages 11 months to 13 years) had a great time with all the amenities supplied at this house! There were so many toys (ride on cars, play house, frisbees, scooter) for the kidlets, as well as "toys" for the adults (corn hole, horseshoes, air hockey, pool table, ping pong table, card table). The house was clean, neat and ready for company when we arrived. All information needed was furnished! We will definitely go back again for another fun-filled long weekend! :)

Everything was great. Our family of 10 only wished we had more time to enjoy the house and the outdoor activities. Especially enjoyed the lake and the canoes. The house is huge with great sleeping options and a well equipped kitchen. Instructions were clear and Olga responds quickly to any questions you might have. Would recommend this house without any reservations.

We had a family gathering here of folks from age 2-84. The house was spacious, and well equipped, and in great condition. Love the high ceilings in the living room.
The host was extremely kind and responsive, which we really appreciated! The gameroom was fun, as was the hot tub, and the outdoor deck was great for hanging out. We cooked many big family meals and had lots of space for hanging out together.
The area has nice lakes and hiking- great for outdoor activities in particular. The development where the house is located was great for taking strolls. There is lots of wildlife around.
Just a note on accessibility in case anyone is traveling with a person with serious disabilities and mobility issues, I would note the house is workable but not necessarily ADA compliant and might have a couple challenging spots. Olga was very good about sending notes and even photos when we asked about various issues, and even added an extra ramp while we there (thank you!!). There are ramps to get in the front door, and the Master bedroom on main floor with connected bathroom; kitchen and dining room directly connected. There's a 6 inch step to get to the sunken living room on main floor (there is a portable ramp you can move around from the front door) and another step to get outside to main deck. There is only one shower that is not in a bathtub, and it has a 6 inch step up. It's also slippery when you get in- it would help to have grab bars.

Great location for all the Poconos has to offer, but no need to go anywhere with all the fun to have right at the house! Everything was as advertised and adults and kids both had a wonderful time.

Our 10ish person group had an amazing time at this property. The house is very large, with a huge basement with giant game room which was fun for all. The kids (14, 13, 12, 11) had a big bedroom to themselves on that floor and we couldn't hear them at all! Everything was perfectly clean, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy. Would stay again without hesitation!

We stayed here with a large group, ages 4 to 86. The house was perfect for us. The mix and locations of bedrooms was very comfortable for us and worked well. Several of us cooked together in the well-laid out kitchen and the whole large group could eat at the massive dining table. The game room was amazing - at one point every one of us were playing something. We didn’t take advantage of the outside space but appreciated the serene surroundings, the deer that hung out in the yard the whole time, and feeding the fish in the koi pond. Our 4yo enjoyed all the outdoor toys. The hosts were super responsive. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

What a wonderful house!
My friends and I hosted a low-key bachelorette party for our friend at this house and it was absolutely perfect. There were 12 of us and everyone got their own bed and felt very comfortable. The living room downstairs was perfect for group hangs and the grounds are beautiful. And Olga was a wonderful host, extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Highly recommend for groups and families!

The kitchen is fully stocked! All kinds of pots and pans, even a slow cooker. The Walmart, supermarket and outlet mall are all within 15-20 minutes. Olga is super communicative. The day it snowed, someone came to shovel the driveway for us. Seriously, couldn’t ask for more.

My entire family and I absolutely loved this place. The pictures actually do it no justice. There was literally something for everybody to do, though there just ended up being a lot of napping lol. The kitchen is fully stocked! All kinds of pots and pans, even a slow cooker. The Walmart, supermarket and outlet mall are all within 15-20 minutes. Olga is super communicative. The day it snowed, someone came to shovel the driveway for us. Seriously, couldn’t ask for more.

The property was perfect for a bunch of old friends scattered throughout the mid atlantic getting together.
All the appliances, and facilities worked as expected. Both upstairs and downstairs had smart TVs which made it easy to throw on Netflix when it was raining. There was more than adequate bedding and bath towels, and plenty of space for the 13 of us who stayed there to never feel cramped.
We would have liked to have used the outdoor firepit, but unfortunately rain prevented that from happening during our stay. We also didn't get a chance to try the hot tub, so I can't speak to that.
I greatly appreciated the detailed instructions for trash and recycling, as I had no idea that the area was as strict at separating items as they were. Had there not been as many signs I likely wouldn't have taken my sorting quite as seriously and would have had a very unpleasant time at the recycling center!
The only negative we found was that the basement common area gets extremely hot and humid (especially the game room) when everyone is down there at once. To the home owners' credit, there are multiple large dehumidifiers in the basement, but frankly I don't know if our friends had the wherewithal to ever actually turn them on (I slept upstairs).
Overall it was an excellent stay, and if we decide to do this trip again in the future we will definitely look to see if this house is available first.

This house was everything it promised to be and more. The owners were so easy to work with and obviously care a lot about their guests and take pride in their property. Despite bad weather we had such a memorable trip with friends at a house that was stocked, clean, fun and spacious! We are so grateful for a great trip :)
