Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen Jammer dat de douche in de wasplaats geen volwaardige douchecabine heeft. Dit zou de enige badkamer die er is perfect aanvullen.

Prachtige villa met grote kamers en een leuk pool biljart. Het enige nadeel is dat er maar een badkamer is voor 13 personen. Wij waren er met 5 man dus dat gaat nog wel maar met 13 is het denk ik net te weinig als je smorens ergens op tijd moet zijn en iedereen moet de douche gebruiken.

Mooi vakantiehuis met alles erop en eraan. Leuk gelegen en in de omgeving kun je heerlijk wandelen of een brouwerij bezoeken. een auto heb je wel nodig. Je kunt met een Weber barbecue heerlijk buiten eten. Wij hebben in ieder geval genoten en vinden het eker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Top ausgestattet und alles super sortiert. Haben bisher noch kein Haus mit so vielen Utensilien in der Küche gehabt. Die Straße in der Nähe hört man drinnen nicht. Top isoliert.

Dit ruime Vrijstaand vakantie huis heeft genoeg ruimte om 13personen te huisvesten. De poolruimte is leuk, de garage leent zich voor een pingpongtafel(die hebben wij zelf gemaakt met een klap tafel). Er zijn 2 tweepersoons slaapkamers, een kamer voor 7 personen, hier moet je wel rekening mee houden. Er zijn 2.5 badkamers dus dat kan wat druk zijn in de ochtend als het huis vol zit. De omgeving is erg mooi en het de keuken is bijzonder goed compleet!

Goede ontvangst, het huis ligt naast een grote speeltuin met maisdoolhof en dieren waarmee geknuffeld kan worden. Hier is geen geluidsoverlast van ervaren en is een leuke attractie voor kinderen! Wel ligt er een drukke weg naast het huis, 's nachts kan dat hinderlijk zijn. Het huis is mooi, groot en de inventaris is zeer compleet. De bedden slapen goed! Wel zeer gehorig, je hoort alles (zowel overdag als 's nachts). Tip: neem oordoppen mee! Nadeel is dat er maar 1 badkamer is en dat de 4- en 5 persoonskamer aan elkaar verbonden zijn, het is 1 grote ruimte met 9 bedden. Weinig privacy dus. Er waren enorm veel muggen en er zijn geen horren; neem Deet mee (of eigenaren: plaats horren). We hebben voornamelijk buiten gezeten, helaas is het lastig om met 14 man buiten te eten aan 1 kleine tafel. Wel meer dan genoeg stoelen en genoeg ruimte om lekker in het gras te spelen en te liggen. De grote trampoline is perfect voor kinderen. Wi-Fi kost 20 euro voor een weekend, dat is aan de hoge kant. Let ook op het achteraf betalen van kosten voor elektriciteit en afval. Koelkasten en grote vriezer aanwezig (staan helaas wel uit bij aankomst, dus hebben even tijd nodig om koud te worden). Er kan ook gewassen worden indien nodig.

Bij aankomst liet eigenaar weten dat deuren open waren en al gerust kon rondgekeken worden in de woning, nadien goede rondgang en info bekomen. Recente woning, zeer ruim, onstpanning met poolbiljart en speelhoekje voor de jongere kindjes , huisraad en toestellen OK , 2 garages , tuinmeubilair beschikbaar. Trampoline voor de kinderen . zeer correcte verwerking van vaste kosten en terugstorting waarborg. Landelijke omgeving , Limburg op zijn best , fiets en wandelparadijs , in Peer toevallig ons verlof gestart met feestweekend, geeft ook meteen vakantiestemming.

Het verblijf is gelegen in een prachtige omgeving, vroeg genoeg opstaan voor een mooie zonsopgang is zeker een aanrader. Het huis zelf is zeer ruim, was volledig uitgerust en goed onderhouden. De vloerverwarming was zeker een pluspunt nu het buiten goed koud was intussen. Enige minpunt is dat de doorloopslaapkamer en grote slaapkamer eigenlijk een grote kamer vormen, wat wel niet zo praktisch is als je met een gemengd gezelschap verblijft.

Het vakantie huis is erg netjes en compleet. Met 7 personen en een baby heerlijk ruim. Rondom de woning veel ruimte. Een huis voor mensen die van rust houden. De dichtstbijzijnde winkels zijn zeker 8 kilometer verderop. Een ideale omgeving om te fietsen of wandelen! In de keuken is niets aanwezig (geen filterzakjes, restje koffie, kruiden e.d. die je wel vaak aantreft in vakantiewoningen), dit is niet erg maar wel fijn om van te voren te weten.

La maison était magnifique, très propre et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons y logé 11 personnes, deux familles avec des enfants entre 24 et 30 ans. Nos enfants se connaissent dépuis l'école primaire. Nous avons fêté la fin d'une époque. Pour nous, parents nous avons fini avec des écoles, etudes, examens, le stress des resultas ecc. Les enfants entrent dans la vie professionnelle. Alors, ce weekend dans cette belle et comfortable maison en plain campagne nous avons bien profité de longues promenades, de la visite à la ferme à côté, des jeux de société, de la cuisine italienne - des plats délicieux- préparés par les plus doués!! Les proprietaries sont des personnes très sympa. Je le recommande fortement.
