Perfect holiday
I spent my holiday in this beautiful villa with my family. Everything was perfect: the position, near Zante city, the amazing view from the terrace and inside the villa there are all the confort for adults and babies. Georgia, the owner, is very kind, for my family and me it was a very pleasure to meet her. I suggest everyone to go there.

Breezy Island
In my opinion we have rented the best house in Zakintos island (in Acrotiri neighborhood) without knowing the area and the island itself.
It's located on hillside of this beautiful island and the best thing is you get constant breeze from the Adriatic sea especially evenings when seating in the backyard or even inside the house. The house has open floor plan that you see almost the entire island from the living room, well equipped kitchen and sanitary rooms. Another best part of the house is the barbeque island in the backyard with the large glass table, even Ms Georgia left a charcoal for us so to be no worry about running here and there for the minor things, just grab some steaks and veggies and enjoy your evening in the breezy backyard under the moon light (don't forget to grab island's home made wine and honey selling at shipwreck farm market).
Ms Georgia was so nice even she came to a bus station to meet us,
and show the road to the house. In conclusion i would like to suggest to the future guests that it would be ideal to have a car right from the beginning because the island is big and there are so many things to see: starting from the shipwreck, the big cross in the mountains, Vasilikos beach etc.

Vacanza bellissima in una casa da sogno!
We spent a week in June 2019 in this house owned by Mrs. Gorgia Philippakis. The house is located on a hill in Akrotiri, above the town of Zakintos which can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, while at the nearest beach is Tslivi, about 15 minutes away. The location of the house is also perfect for reaching all the other most beautiful beaches on the island. The house is large, splendid, bright, elegant and very comfortable, surrounded by olive trees. From the main living room there is a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs and also with sunbeds for sunbathing, full of flowers and plants from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the inner part of the island. Then there is also another terrace near the kitchen which is ideal for outdoor dining. The house is very well equipped and you are provided with everything you need for your stay. Unfortunately we could not personally meet the owner with whom we have always been in contact via email, but on our arrival we were greeted by Nikos, a friend from Georgia who gave us valuable information on the beaches and the best restaurants on the island. Giorgia and Nikos have always been very kind and available during our stay to provide us with all the necessary indications and I take the opportunity of this review to thank them again. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit the island to live in this beautiful house where I hope to be able to return soon. Barbara.

Villa immersa nel verde con panorama meraviglioso!
Abbiamo soggiornato 8 giorni di fine agosto nella casa della signora Philippakis situata in mezzo al verde sulle prime colline a nord-ovest della città in una bellissima posizione che guarda sulla piana all'interno dell'isola e dove alla sera potevamo ammirare lunghi tramonti con profili sulle colline e sulla ricca vegetazione.
Siamo stati molto bene. L'ambiente è accogliente, curato, confortevole, tranquillo e rilassante. La cucina e la casa complessivamente è ben attrezzata di tutto il necessario, gli spazi sono molto ampi con la possibilità di consumare "en plain air" i pasti sin dalla prima colazione in giardino, tra le bouganville ed i fiori spontanei, oppure sul terrazzo coperto davanti al panorama sulla piana.
Dalla casa in auto si raggiungono le prime spiagge attrezzate di Tsilivi in 15 minuti. In 10 minuti d'auto si raggiunge la città che offre negozi e servizi, ma è necessario armarsi di pazienza per affrontare il traffico sul lungo mare, oppure per orientarsi nel groviglio di strade interne alternative alla strada principale.

wonderful house & very enjoyable stay
We had a very pleasant stay in this wonderful villa. It is even much better than in the photos: very large, very comfortably and tastefully furnished and decorated, with a gorgeous view from large terraces.
The location is perfect to get where you want: quiet but within very easy reach of the most interesting places on the island. We often went south to Gerakas beach but also to beaches north of Zante.
Zakynthos town is 2 minutes by car. From there we explored most of the island and it was so nice to get back to our "home"!
Georgia, the owner, is very nice and friendly and communications with her were easy and precise.
We definetely recommend this house and hope to go back ourselves soon!

We had a fantastic vacation in this house. It is spacious, bright, clean, tastefully furnished and decorated, modern... in a few words: we felt at home instantly. It is very quiet, with an uninterrupted view over the valley and olive trees fields, making it a really amazing place. Every evening we ate dinner on the beautiful terrace. It was a peaceful and delightful moment for us after all the visiting we did during day time. We basically visited the whole island. Since the house is easy to access, we could just leave morning and come back when we wanted. The countryside is just spellbinding in the area. We will return!

Amazing place with a wonderful view on Zakinthos island. We stayed in the house a week, and had an amazing time there. K&M - Amazing & comfy place
Amazing place with a wonderful view on Zakinthos island. We stayed in the house a week, and had an amazing time there. The bedrooms are comfortable and the terraces are tremendous for enjoying greek breakfast and dinner. Villa spacieuse, agréable et au calme
Séjour d’une semaine en août 2014. Villa de plein pied spacieuse et très agréable. Située à toute proximité de la mer et du port principal de l’île, elle est néanmoins au calme et à l’écart des routes et de l’activité touristique trépidante. Idéal pour repos et comme base pour l’exploration de l’île. Elle est bien équipée et dispose de plusieurs terrasses offrant un point de vue superbe dominant la plaine centrale de Zakynthos.
