Nestled in Keystone, this lovely condo for $91 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with two king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. It features beautiful slope views. Two primary suites and an updated kitchen. Third full bathroom is a great added convenience for groups traveling together. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. The Springs offers shared amenities including a pool with slide, a wading pool, indoor play area, and two hot tubs. The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area offers stunning slope views and has a flat screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a queen-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. The homeowner has also provided a queen-sized air mattress. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony that offers beautiful views of the main run, mountains and Snake River. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a double convection oven. The dining area comfortably seats six people with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of three full bathrooms is just off the living area and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The first primary suite features a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and stunning slope views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. This condo had everything my family needed for a ski vacation. Plenty of space and the 3 bathroom floor plan was perfect. The walk was a little far to the gondola but was not bad. It used to be shorter before the new building construction. I think once construction is completed the walk will be shorter again. I never needed anything or had to speak with management which is just how I like it. Thanks and I’ll stay here again!!

Fantastic snow, great condo location, had everything we need, the springs is our favorite building. The construction doesn’t bother us bc we ski all day. Love the hot tubs and the ski school. Only recommendation: put that the condo has a crock pot in the listing so folks know before grocery shopping. We love led that it had a crockpot and would have used it even more if we had known!

Very Misleading! We arrived on Friday the 8th only to discover there was no AC in the unit. We were informed by the property manager to open the windows. This would have been somewhat beneficial had there been screens on or bedroom window as well as the door to the deck. We thought we would look at the scenic view from our balcony (as pictured in the booking) only to find there was a large crane and a massive construction project going on. We went down to the beautiful pool area (As described in the booking) only to find it had been closed September 5th and would not reopen until September 15th. We contacted the management again and we’re told it was not there problem since we booked through VRBO. After trying to get the fan in the main area to work, with no success and removing dirty clothes from under one of the beds, we contacted a night manager who told us they would send someone the next morning with screens for the windows, clean towels and would do another cleaning if the room. NONE OF THAT WAS EVER DONE! When we finally got to speak with someone at VRBO I spent 45 min only to be disconnected and not called back. I called and spent 30 min more telling my issues and was told someone would call me later. As we checked out someone from VRBO told us we should call the owners and see what they say. We told them that was their job and they contacted the owners who refused to refund anything. They said it was in the contract for no AC! Never staying at Summit Property again

This would have been a 5 star review but the construction going on is unacceptable. From 7am-5:30 pm every day including Saturday directly outside your window. The banging and drilling was so bad we couldn’t have the windows open. I realize the owners have no control over the construction but a heads up would have been appreciated. We definitely would have stayed somewhere else. Totally ruined our stay

Loved the location of the Springs and the view of the Bike/Gondola mountain, however, did NOT love the construction right outside starting at 7:00AM every morning on our vacation, that was rough. Wish we knew this was happening prior to booking. The Springs 8845 was fully equipped with all our needs from utensils to plates/cups and appliances. Coffee pot did not make 12 cups very well (Overflowed coffee grounds?)Carpets could be updated especially where carpet meets bathroom tiles, seems to be an issue? Had No issues with WiFi and or connections to TV. Large enough for family of 4, even though there were 3 of us, we had extended family in other Springs condos that would visit, great large table for family games and meals.Parking was easy, however the road leading in was annoying at times due to the construction going on, bumpy road.Pool was great for the kids, when opened.Easy access to Gondola and The Village.

Everything was great. The only downfall is the construction that is happening right outside the window. Construction starts early in the morning and it’s not something you cannot sleep through. The new building is going to be right in the way of the mountains and the view. Sad!!
Otherwise, we had a great time and the summit county mountain property managers are the best!!

We had a wonderful time in our short stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, location couldn't be better, and the place itself was nice. There was a bloody fingerprint on one of the bathroom light switches but other then that no complaints.

There were many positives about our stay at Keystone, but overall it was disappointing. Parking/check-in are a bit confusing and it was hard to get to the parking garage because of the ongoing construction. Construction woke us up at or before 6 AM every day.Our room didn't smell great when we first checked in and it wasn't clean under the beds/furniture but otherwise was fine. The property manager was responsive when we requested a broom- there wasn't one when we checked in, but it proved essential. The trashcan is broken and was never fixed. The facility amenities are nice, but there were no toys in the kids play area and there was broken glass. Similarly, the entertainment center only seemed to play TV or DVD's. There are some DVD's in the room, but BYO if you want to watch something. The hot tub was closed the entire time.Overall, it was a fine place to say and the fact th

Great place very spacious and conveniently located but the construction between the mountain and the condo was a bit annoying (started 6am). Also the heat was always on and thermostat didn’t work. other than that it was a 5 star experience.

Construction. There should have been a disclaimer informing renters of the construction around the condo. Blocked you from walking to the River run shops. The construction equipment started outside our window at 6:45am! Only one elevator worked in the building which was terrible when you had your ski boots on and had to take the stairs. So most complaints are about the building itself, our actual unit was nice and clean and we enjoyed it. (Need to repair the Keurig).

This unit is OK, not great. There is a major construction project happening directly outside the windows/deck that is between the unit and the slopes. This means noise from heavy equipment, an ugly view, and a much longer walk all the way around the job site to get to the slopes. The unit is in need of some maintenance - one broken recliner, a window that wouldn't close all the way, and a thermostat that would not contro the heat so the unit was too hot and we needed to open the window or deck door to cool off, letting in more construction noise.
We liked the square footage and the third full bathroom.
We would choose a different location if we return to Keystone.

This was our second year staying at The Springs with Summit Retreats! This year we had a fold down bed in living room for kids with bathroom which was amazing. Unit had lots of nice appliances ( double oven, crock pot, keurig). Management company was prompt to any questions or concerns. Lots of construction behind building but still have great view and waking bath to gondola was easy- we even saw two moose right off the path!

The entire river run resort is amazing and fun. The stay at the Springs was great. The only down side is the construction directly behind the condo which closes the bridge between the building and the main business area. It would have been nice to know that there was construction that caused our group to travel additional distances to go around the construction site.
Overall it was a great stay and I would return.

The designated parking spot in the basement was probably the best part, but being able to walk to the slopes any time was the real gem. Maybe a 10 minute walk and you're good to go. The bedrooms are spacious and plenty of room.

The property itself was great. But we booked this property base off the easy and short access to the gondola. Come to find out the access is blocked due to new construction. If we would have known this we wouldn't have booked it. We had kids with us and didn't want to have to pack everything I to the cars again and drive and re park to get to the ski resort. We could have saved a couple hundred dollars and stayed somewhere else. And the property manager said they just found out a day before we showed up that the construction blocked the access. The construction had to of been going on for a couple weeks. So either they don't check out their own properties or just leaving the descriptions and pictures wrong to keep people booking. They did give us a parking pass ($25 and they tried to get us to pay for it) for the second car but you have to park the second car a few miles away from the property. Vrbo asked how many vehicles you will have but it's pointless because the property only allows 1. Would I choose to stay here again. Probably not. There are nicer properties that have multiple parking spots and since you can't ski in or out or even walk to the gondola without having to walk pretty far might as well stay somewhere else.

Perfect place to end our CO trip. Check in was seamless. Condo was great and had a beautiful view of the slop. Too bad they are building right in front and that view will not last long. Very nice restaurant area walking distance from the room. Loved how easy it was to get to great hiking and art 70.

Poor parking options
When you have multiple people there from different parts of the state you tend to have multiple cars. Need to provide permits for additional cars to park overnight in the River Run lot.

Daughter getting married
Easy to reserve, some property disclosures were not made until 2 days out. Fire alarm malfunctioned late at night. We called the number and property manager arrived quickly to resolve the issue. She called and had air tested, and had maintenance replace all alarms in the unit.

The Springs @ River Run
Always a great time! Bacon & Bourbon Festival. Thank goodness they opened the bridge into the village for the festival. Check in was sooo easy with the new code system!!

The property at first glance seemed fine. We arrived very late and went straight to bed. We never looked at the bed sheets. When we finally got a good view of our sheets, they had brown streak marks (won't say what it looked like) but it was disgusting.
Then on day two, we went outside to sit on the patio, and on the table was a lady's fingernail. The tables had rings on them and the bathroom toilet in one of the bedrooms would work with liquids only, but not when there was any solid waste. We spent a lot of time using the plunger.
While the messaging and communication were great, I can say the housekeeping staff was less than professional. After I texted back with my complaint, housekeeping was sent to change our linens, etc. Upon our return, we had clean sheets but the fingernail was still on the table along with the rings on the tables and our toilet still did not operate properly.

There were a few issues that could use some repairs. The garbage disposal was broken, and the kitchen sink faucet was loose and moved around int he countertop. It looked like something had damaged one of the walls in a bedroom, as the drywall was vertically cracked along 2 wall studs. One of the radiators made a squeaking sound until I partially closed off the valve on the line.
The only issue I had with the rental process was that I had paid for early check-in and late check-out, but the access code for the rental only worked the building entrance doors (and garage) for the base rental times, so I had to call SCMR to get a different code to get into the building. It would have been nice to have this information when the early check-in was confirmed.
I was still very happy with the rental, but these are issues that should be addressed for future renters.

This property is a bit dated and tired but checked most of the boxes (proximity to gondola, storage for skis, community washer/dryer to name a few). The down side is that there needs to be more attention to detail. The mattress cover to the sofa bed was old/shabby containing a half eaten bag of chips. 1 of 2 humidifiers worked and were dirty. The sink faucet controller was very loose and needed maintained. The vent cover to the microwave just happened to fall off while we were all in the living area. One of the wicker waste baskets had the bottom deteriorated out (just needs to be replaced). The tile/carpet thresholds were poorly secured (eg. duck tape) with an exposed sharp edge. 1 of 2 hair dryers didn't work. The fridge ice machine didn't work. All these things I reported prior to departure. It's a nice place with a great location. I realize it's a rental, but someone really must pay more attention to basic maintenance. If I had my tools and there was a Lowe's nearby, I could've fixed all this stuff myself.
