It was clean, the location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful
The shower floor was slippery, and as I had a rental car for the first week I should have reserved a parking spot, because the parking space is limited. I don’t remember if the option was offered at the booking.

Whenever I come to Munich for a longer stay I choose this place, as the self-check-in is very smooth, the place is located a very short walk from a U-Bahn station that takes you into the city centre in 10 minutes. Moreover, the staff is fantastic, very helpful and responsive. In addition to the well-equipped kitchen, you have access to a small gym and a laundry room, which makes your stay very comfortable.
In the summertime, the rooms can get hot despite the air conditioner being on. Still, the external blinds help to keep the room shady.

Using only one type of socket , and my bathroom wasn’t clean every day.
