About this house rental
Located in Greater Poland Voivodeship, this attractive house for $97 per night is a great option for your next trip. Dear guests, The modern, fully equipped holiday home with satellite TV, internet, garage was built in 2000 and completely renovated in 2016 and refurbished. It has an area of 120 square meters and a plot size of around 2500 square meters. On the property there is a large garage where you can park, also in the driveway and in front of the house you will find enough space for several cars. The house has fast wireless internet access (LTE). The windows are protected against insects with fly screens, so that you are not bothered by mosquitos and flies in summer. The family character of the house was very important to us, for this reason, the house is ideal for families with children, but also for friends who want to spend their holidays together. The house is very conveniently located, so you can reach the highway (E30 / A2) by car in 8 minutes. The nearest bus stop is in the village and is within 5 minutes walking distance, the nearest grocery store in 3 minutes. The nearest train station in the neighboring town (Zbaszyn) can be reached by car in 7 minutes. Here you will also find a large lake partly with a sandy beach and the river "Obra", where you can swim and fish. Here you can also rent pedal boats, sailboats, motor boats and canoes. In this place you will also find all the important shops (bakers, butchers, greengrocers, supermarkets) At the lake is a new hotel ("Navigator") with a very nice terrace overlooking the lake, where you can eat very good and cheap. Here you will also find a SPA with Jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna area. In the area around the house there are several lakes where you can swim and fish. In about 25 km distance is the old Ostwall (fort front Oder-Neisse) -in recent years, this has been restored and prepared for tourism. For a day trip he is very well suited. The modern, fully equipped holiday home has an unobstructed view of the surrounding fields and is located directly on the edge of the village. It has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed (1.60 x 2m), in the upper 2 bedrooms there is a wardrobe in the lower a large chest of drawers. In bedroom 1 you will also find a cot (up to 3 years) and an ironing board. The apartment has a 36 m2 living room with access to the beautiful 20 sqm terrace with open views over the fields, where you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast. The room has a corner sofa with sleep function (2 x 1.40 m pulled out), in which also the bedding can be stored. In the back part of the room is the TV area with a 3-seat leather sofa and a 43-inch plasma TV and DVD player (some DVDs available - mostly in German or English). The satellite TV is aimed at the satellites Astra and Hotbird, thereby receiving all major Western and Eastern European channels (More than 700 TV channels). Most German channels are available, also in HD quality. In this living room is also a sideboard with plenty of storage space. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all the usual household helpers (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, knives) etc. Also, it has a new large fridge-freezer (197 l / 97 l), a dishwasher, 4 burner Gas stove, new microwave with grill, new toaster, new coffee machine and a kettle. In it is a small breakfast table with 4 chairs. A number of the most important spices (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.) are available, as well as cleaning utensils and vacuum cleaners. In the hallway of the ground floor is the large dining table with 6 chairs where you can eat comfortably pulled out also 8 people. A highchair is available. The house has 2 bathrooms, a large one in the 1st. Floor with large corner bath, vanity, hair dryer and drying rack and a smaller one on the ground floor with glass enclosed shower cabin and washing machine. In addition, we are also furnished for our little guests. At the dining table stands can a high chair, which can be used as a table and chair separately. A Bobbycar invites you to play. In the garden is a small playground with sandpit and swing built. The house has a small cot (up to 3 years). Some leisure games are also available for them. (Badminton, boules, football). In addition, there are 6 bikes (4 large and 2 youth) which are available for your excursions in the area free of charge. In the garden is a new charcoal grill and a newly built in 2019 pavilion with wooden benches (minimum 8 people). The terrace is equipped with garden furniture (8 chairs and table), three sun loungers and a parasol for you. On hot days, she refreshes a large chrome-plated stainless steel floor fan. Fresh linen, towels and tea towels are provided for free, and an iron and ironing board are also provided. Here you and your children spend a relaxing holiday on the land - and are welcome !!!

Entspannter Urlaub
Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit der Vermietering sehr gut,
das Haus ist groß und sehr sauber mit einem großen Grundstück, die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet ,nur ein Nachttisch neben dem Bett wäre hilfreich gewesen,
für uns als Familie und Freunden mit Kleinkind optimal,
im Haus ist alles vorhanden Handtücher und Bettwäsche ,
Gewürze, Reinigungsmittel usw. selbst ein Kasten Wasser stand bereit, wofür wir uns herzlich bedanken möchten.
die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett und haben uns frische Erdbeeren gebracht,
ein Supermarkt ist nur ca. 5 min fussläufig entfernt,
mehrere kleine Städte sind nicht weit entfernt,nach Poznan fährt man ca 1 Stunde
wir können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen

Haus wie in der Beschreibung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Mit Fahrrad kann man die Gegend erkunden oder auch zum See fahren (ca halbe Stunde). Mit Auto ca 5 Min.
See ist top, nicht überlaufen und hat alles was Kinder brauchen.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus - es fehlt an nichts. Für uns war es ein Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Sehr unterstützend waren die fast täglichen Tipps von Anna für Ausflugsziele etc. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen.

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist absolut sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Dank Terrasse und Pavillon konnten wir uns viel im Freien aufhalten. In der Umgebung gibt es einiges zu sehen, viele Seen, Poznan, Wolsztyn, Ostwall, ... Die Vermieterin hat uns bereits vor der Anreise gut informiert :-)

The owner takes care of every detail so that you can rest comfortably. She is very helpful and kind. I recommend the house, especially for a family vacation with children. Another advantage is the possibility of non-contact check-in.

Wlaścicielka dba o każdy szczegół tak by odpoczywało się komfortowo i wygodnie. Jest bardzo pomocna i miła. Dom polecam, szczególnie dla wypoczynku rodzinnego z dziećmi. Zaletą jest też możliwość zameldowania bezkontaktowego.

Super sauber und modern
Danke für dieses tolle Woche in einem sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Haus. Uns hat es an nix gefehlt und der Garten mit dem ländlichen Ausblick war ideal für unseren Sohn und unseren Hund. Auch die zu Fuß erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeit (mit Kleinkind 3 Jahre in unter 5 min ) sowie die mit dem Auto schnell erreichbaren Restaurant (hervorragende Speisen) haben uns eine super entspannende Woche ermöglicht. Toller Erholungsurlaub!!!
Vielen lieben Dank an Anna und ihre Familie für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben uns zu viert plus Hund in dem super eingerichteten Haus samt gemütlichem Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt! Supermarkt ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein sehr schönes Freibad etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ansonsten sind in der Nähe Möglichkeiten zum Reiten ( Anja !!! ), viel Wald zum Pilze suchen und mehrere Angelstellen - für uns ein Paradies!!! Fazit: Wer Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig ! Von uns gibt es sechs Sterne ⭐️

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen - Wie zu Hause
Verbracht haben wir hier den Jahreswechsel 2018 - 2019 zu sechst nebst einem Hund. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft super sauber. Die beschriebene Ausstattung stimmt bis ins Detail. Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. waren alle frisch und ausreichend vorhanden. Für 6 Personen, Hund(e) und Kind ist hier definitiv genug Platz für mehrere Tage bis Wochen. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls super. Vom Fernseher mit vielen deutschen Kanälen (wer dies im Urlaub braucht) über Internet, Badewanne + Dusche, Fahrräder, Grill etc. ist alles vorhanden. Ein Hundekorb nebst Decke steht ebenfalls bereit. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt. Somit konnte der Hund hier Freilauf genießen. Spazieren kann man sofort vor der Tür über ein weit überschaubares Feld. Was mit Hund ebenfalls von Vorteil ist / sein kann. Aus anderen Ferienhäusern ist man(n) gewöhnt, dass wenigstens Toilettenpapier, Filtertüten oder Mülleimerbeutel mitgebracht oder nachgekauft werden müssen. Hier war sogar dies alles schon vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche übrig (es sei denn man benötigt unbedingt eine Mikrowelle). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls mehrere fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Auto welches in der Garage sicher geparkt werden kann benötigt man erst wieder falls ein Restaurantbesuch oder Ausflug ansteht. Ausflugsziele sind in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Bei unserer Ankunft funktionierte das Internet nicht, da ein W-LAN Signal nicht vorhanden war. Ein Anruf bei Anna der Vermieterin, welche sofort erreichbar war, und das Problem war in fünf Minuten aus der Welt. Anna wirkte sehr freundlich und sehr zugänglich. Sie schickte später sogar weitere Tips etc. per Whats-App nebst entsprechender Internetlinks. Super so geht Service.
Zusammenfassend können wir sagen: Wären wir erneut in der Gegend würden wir hier definitiv wieder buchen!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Neu, komplett ausgestattet und sauber. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind frisch. Der Garten eingezäunt, was uns- mit 2 Hunden- sehr gefallen hat.
Anna ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Sie antwortet schnell.
Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage hier und reichlich Platz.
Danke für die vielen nützlichen Kleinigkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt hier perfekt gemacht haben.

Tolles, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist toll ausgestattet, viel Platz und vor allem hat man seine Ruhe. Mit den Fahrrädern kann man tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Auch für Hunde sehr gut geeignet, es wurde an vieles gedacht. Schade, dass der Pool kaputt war, sonst wär's perfekt gewesen. Haus liegt sehr ländlich, also eher was für Leute, die Ruhe suchen.
