Size was excellent . Views Superb . Carmella as a guide was on hand and very personable .

Car parking and getting out difficult . Missing practical touches . No mirror in master bedroom had use other room . No laundry basket to hang washing out . Roof terrace bin upstairs would be useful no utensils up there for bbq . Fridge noise No information brochure at all . It would benefit from some information being left in the villa local amenities . Doctors restaurants etc . While Carmela was on hand and only a whats app away we didn’t want to impose and some simple guides would have been beneficial . For the price would have expected a few touches on arrival milk in fridge bread etc

The location. The cab ride into the center cost us $60 each way everyday

The size of the space is great. There was plenty of room for a large family to relax. The upper patio gave breathtaking views. The kitchen is great. The village which is a short walk up the hill has restaurants and grocery stores. The locals were very kind and helpful. Carmela was our contact. She spoke pretty good English and was SUPER helpful. She was able to coordinate a driver for the day who took us to different cities along the Amalfi Coast. She is able to coordinate a boat for the day as well. She can also coordinate a cook/chef. Beds we’re comfortable and the bathrooms are huge. The property is up on the mountain and not in the center of Sorrento so the views were incredible and it was quiet. Loved it.

Carmela was our concierge and was so very helpful for all enquiries, restaurants and tour bookings. The villa is very spacious with lovely views and good for relaxing. Carmela also offered to stock the kitchen with a few groceries because we arrived very late with young kids. She was available and came through when something didn't work. Wifi works well and easy walk to nearest town.

Concierge should check gas levels for water heating before guests arrive. We arrived after 9pm and had no hot water until 10am the next day. It would be helpful to have some basics like salt and pepper at least. Damp smell in downstairs area/basement/kitchen

We kept in touch with Carmella (the host) by whatsapp, and gave her our current location so she could track us, Carmella met us on the main road and then we followed her to the villa where she handed us the keys. The villa is amazing, it is one of the best places that I have stayed at before. The rooms are all big and spacious, with a bathroom on 1 floor and another on the bottom floor. The bedroom windows have blackout roller shutters, great for keeping the sun out first thing in the morning. We made a few meals on a night, the kitchen has everything you need. The beds are really comfortable. The rooftop terrace was amazing, so spacious, has a barbeque area with a sink & fridge, they have thought of everything and the views are fab from there. Would definitely stay there again.

The swimming pool is not very big, you cant swim lengths but it is enough for kids to play about in or have a dip to cool down. The kitchen had an ant problem, lots of them running along the countertops, we had to move our food a few times.

Great villa in a fantastic location, amazing views. Our host Juanluca was excellent, so friendly and helpful and if there was ever a problem he was always at the end of the phone ready to help. Lovely clean villa very spacious with a great roof space and the pool was small but still great.
