We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door. -NO Pets without prior permission. -upon check out, please follow all check out instructions list. -If you have more people staying at the house then listed on reservation, you will lose your deposit. -Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out. -Missing garage door remote. -Late Checkout without prior approval. -Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission. -We provide make up wipes/remover, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use for the next guest. -Make up stains on pillowcases/bed sheet and comforters. -Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes .
