Prima huis. Goed verzorgd en zeer schoon. Alles aanwezig Mooie plek in de duinen dicht bij alle voorzieningen Maar 5-8 december is geen goede periode. Alles dicht op het hele eiland. Winkels, restaurants, strandtenten. De Amelanders vieren dan Sunneklaas.

Mooi gelegen vakantiehuis. Het wordt beetje bij beetje vernieuwd. Bij ons was er een probleem met de elektriciteit en dat was wel vervelend. We hebben dit gemeld en hopelijk is het voor de volgende gasten opgelost. Verder kan je hier heerlijk tot rust komen. Een fietstocht maken is zeker een aanrader.

Das ist ein sehr gemütliches, geräumiges Haus für Familie mit mehreren Kindern (Kinderbetten) oder/ und Großeltern, so wie wir es waren. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, man findet alles, was man so braucht.... sehr persönlich gehalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl darin gefühlt. Die Lage ist einmalig schön auf einer Anhöhe in den Dünen und nahe beim Strand.

Heb voor de tweede keer huis rixt geboekt en het is een fijn huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien . De rust is echt geweldig aan de rand van het bos, de konijntjes huppelenen gewoon om het huis en heb je geluk dan spot je ook een ree in de tuin . Kortom ik sluit niet uit dat dit mijn laatste boeking is van huis rixt zo,n geweldige tijd hebben we daar gehad .

Prettig familiehuis waar alle voorzieningen aanwezig zijn voor in ieder geval 6 personen. Keuken is ook prima uitgerust mits je het simpel wilt houden. Alles is inderdaad wat gedateerd, maar dat heeft ook z'n charme. Het was keurig schoongemaakt voor aankomst. Heerlijk ontspannen verblijf gehad.

Mooi huis op een hele mooie plek vlakbij het strand. Het huis is al op leeftijd maar alles werkt naar behoren. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Lekker veel licht in het huis en ruime slaapgelegenheid. We hebben gezocht naar het tafelblad van de buitentafel maar konden die niet vinden. Heerlijk rustig, je hoort alleen de vogels en de zee.

Het aardewerk waar de eigenaren al generaties mee gedaan hebben en de banken waar je op het hout zit, behoren tot de charmes van een zomerhuisje. Maar een slaapkamer waar geen raam open kan en die recent met oplosmiddelrijke verf is geschilderd zodat je het gevoel hebt in een werkplaats te slapen, kan ik niemand aanbevelen.

Accommodatie is verouderd, inventaris heeft zijn beste tijd gehad en aan vervanging toe. Voor 8 volwassen personen is de accommodatie te klein. Wasmachine en droger uiteindelijk onder het huis gevonden via aparte buitendeur in een rommelige smerige kelder. Tuinmeubilair geschikt voor 6 personen en zeker niet voor 8. Nauwelijks zon op het terras door ligging en bossages, waarvoor niet een 2e zonneterras? Bij aankomst zat vaatwasser nog vol van vorige gasten. Koelkast veel te klein voor 8 volwassen personen. Omgeving prachtig en afstand tot strand was perfect.

De aankomst was vanaf de boot 5 minuten dus dat was wel snel alleen dit is de eerste keer dat ik geen huiseigenaar heb ontmoet bij aankomst ook niet bij vertrek . De accomodatie is zeer goed ondanks de leeftijd van het huis alles is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving was zeer mooi en zeer rustig en de konijnen huppelden elke avond door de tuin .

Het huis staat op een mooie locatie dicht bij bos en strand. Al met al vonden wij het, mede door de locatie, een leuk weekendde. Gelukkig hadden we mooi weer en hadden we ook een tablet bij ons. De televisie deed het namelijk niet of wij hebben iets verkeerd gedaan. Er zat geen signaal op en wij konden dit ook niet voor elkaar krijgen. Kleine smet.

We hebben een heel gezellige week gehad met de hele familie. Het huis is ruim en gezellig in oude stijl gebouwd en niet zo'n groot modern paleis zoals er op meer plaatsen op het eiland verschijnen. Het is goed uitgerust, met een ruime hoeveelheid kopjes, glazen en borden en dergelijke. Dat is erg handig. de kamers zijn ruim. Het huis staat boven op een duin en kijkt mooi neer op Ameland en in een paar minuten lopen sta je op het strand. Het staat mooi aan de rand van een bos en opeens stond er een reebok in de tuin. Wat wil je nog meer, een aanrader dus. Echt waar.
