We stayed at the property for a ski trip with a group of friends. We are in our late 30's, early 40's and professionals. While the property was as seen in photos, older home but had ample space, the mattresses were all very uncomfortable and very old. There was hair on the sheets in multiple bedrooms. Lastly, I will mention the property owner was very weird. You check-in at Killington Associates in person, they were nice however upon check-in they mentioned that the owner tends to stop by to say hello. I asked if they knew when and they said he'll just stop by he lives around the corner and likes to greet his guests. I have rented properties my self so thought ok, weird I never go to the rentals when booked, but I dont mind talking to them. We arrived at the property and a couple hours passed and the owner never came by. There was an addition to the house (not shown in photos) with a separate entrance that was connected to the main home (where we stayed. There was a light on, so I called the realty and asked if he lived in the addition I would just say hello if I saw him. They would not confirm. The following evening, after dinner time, one of my friends was outside smoking and the owner came over intoxicated and slurry his words and raised his voice at her about the cars in the driveway. He proceeded to ask if she spoke english. .This was Saturday night of our stay. I found it very odd we had been there 2 days and he decided to come over Saturday evening, and his tone completely ruined our last night. My husband spoke with him for over a hour and he calmed down and was nicer in the end. We went to bed shortly after. We left the property Sunday clean and respectful. I would not recommend this property and found it very misleading that no one told us the property owner lives in the same primary residence (in the addition) as the VRBO rental.

Great property and location. Space for everyone. It was great for a group of adult friends because most of the beds were doubles, queens, or kings as opposed to most houses with a lot of twin beds. Would also be great for big families with kids! The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only 8 minutes to skyship lodge at Killington which was great. Thank you!

This property was perfect for a large ski group to ring in the new year. Between the large living space and 9 bedrooms we had plenty of space to relax after a long day of skiing. House came with everything we needed (pots, pans, linens, towels, etc) to have a great seamless weekend.

This house was in a great location and had lots of space. Unfortunately, it's run by a management company that's a complete nightmare. First, we wanted to add a night to our reservation and were told it should be fine. The company said they had to check with the owner. I reached out 3 times over 2 weeks and they didn't respond. My husband called the day before we were supposed to travel and a woman said she'd call back after 9pm, when the owner was out of work. She never called. The morning we were supposed to leave, my husband calls again and she says she was confused. She finally booked our stay...for that night! I was so stressed because 10 of our friends were planning to leave and I wasn't sure we had accommodations. Then, the check in directions said to go to a hotel to get the key (20 min past the house for us). We were arriving late so this was kind of a hassle but....ok. At the hotel, we had to sign papers, give a credit card, and were given a key code for the door. I've never had to deal with this in any other VRBO rental. Not sure why we couldn't just have the code, the trip to the hotel was unnecessary! Next, the power went out during the night I guess, we didn't notice. However, we had no heat and no hot water the next day. The hot tub was not working either. 1/2 of our party was skiing but the other 1/2 had a pretty miserable day because of this. The owner came to fix the issue late that afternoon and he was nice. However, we lost a full day of heat, hot water, and use of the hot tub, which was not very hot even when it was working. Lastly, the paperwork said to call the management company to let them know we'd checked out. I called and also asked if we could at least be refunded for at least the hot tub fee for the day that we lost use. The guy told me someone would call me back. Never happened. This was the ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever had on a vacation. Too bad the owner doesn't run the property rental, he seemed nice according to my friends. I'll never rent from a property that uses this company again.

It was nice to be able to use the two refrigerators and freezers to store all of our perishables. The Wi-fi internet connection worked flawlessly. We had a bit of a problem getting the TV programs we wanted to see, but that was quickly resolved. We would definitely think about booking this lodging again.
