Beautiful Villa
The villa was everything we expected. It was in a beautiful setting very close to the beach which was a five minute walk away. The use of beach towels was added bonus.

Property is only a short walk from the beach and 30 mins walk to centre of port. Facilities are great and owner was really accommodating. Would definitely book again.

Easy access to the sea and for cycling. Good bike storage to keep/maintain bikes in. Would recommend!

Clean, spacious, good communication
First thing to say is that communication was excellent throughout. Before arrival, Caroline sent a detailed message about their recent experience of traveling there (Covid regulations etc.) and gave a very clear idea of what to expect, which was really helpful. Messages during the stay were also answered very promptly.
The villa was spacious and the kitchen had everything we need to cook plenty of meals, plus aircon that was easy to figure out. The hot tub is also easy to use and the outside shower was a big hit with everyone (indoor showers available too, of course). It's a 10-15 minute walk to the slightly larger sandy beaches, but the majority is along the seafront so it's a lovely walk.

Beautiful villa, ideally located, very well equipped and the best communication with an owner/agent I have ever had. Couldn't recommend this as a place to stay highly enough

We stayed with two families (4 adults & 4 kids) and it was the perfect place for us. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the evening as the terrace is sheltered from the wind. It’s not too far to walk to the beach (as I was worrying a bit) and nice shops and restaurants are also good to reach.

Amazing Villa
We stayed for two weeks with 4 little ones and couldn't fault the villa. Everything we needed was available and it's a great location. Spacious, Spotless and a fully equipped kitchen. We'll definitely be booking again .

Excellent villa with great location close to Pine Walk
A very spacious villa , the photos for which do not do it justice.
Contained all the things we needed, including air con throughout, washing machine and outdoor drying area, fantastic outdoor shower in rear garden, garage to store bikes and driveway to ensure your own parking space. Lots of fridge space for drinks. Nespresso machine. Enjoyed dining with friends and family in rear garden or covered outdoor dining area on front terrace.
Communication with Caroline was excellent, very helpful and clear. We had a couple of minor things that needed sorting ( not landlords fault) and they were dealt with very promptly.
We would happily return.

Beautiful house with lots of space
We loved the villa, lots of rooms and bathrooms. The house had everything and was close to waterfront and good starting point for cyclingtours. We where a family of 3 generations, 6 adults and 1 child. Perfect patio for outdoor eveningmeals. Exellent villa for families and for cycling groups.

Family holiday
We had an amazing week on Mallorca and this was the perfect home base. Plenty of room for our family of eight to spread out and there were helpful accessories for 8 month old grandson. The dining room was big enough for family dinners(complete with a high chair) and the patio in back perfect for outdoor meals. Outdoor shower very nice after the beach. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

ideal family villa
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped, well situated villa. We found everything we needed, could walk to the unique Pine Walk, shops, Porto Pollensa Marina with ease.. The well maintained hot tub was a great asset and eased our aches and pains after a strenuous day relaxing in the sun. Our only comment is that finding the villa when we arrived late at night was tricky. Maybe an indication at the entrance to the lane would be helpful. It was very dark and our torches were inadequate. All in all we had a great week and hope to visit again.

Wonderful week .
We all had a fantastic week in this lovely villa. It has everything you would want , very well equipped and plenty of room for 7 adults.
The outside area was perfect for eating out in the evening and the hot tub was a bonus.
Great communication with Caroline , would love to return at some stage.

Fabulous holiday home in great location
We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Vieja. The villa itself was very well set up and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the secluded rear patio and enjoyed the hot tub. The location of the villa means you have quick and easy access to the beach and Pine walk. We love Puerto Pollença which is very family friendly with lots of lovely restaurants and loads to do. Thank you to Caroline, the owner, for making the organisation of our stay so easy.

Villa Review
The pictures of the villa did not give it justice. Loved the security of the premises. We were a group of cyclists who had been going to Pollensa for many years. It is located in a quiet area but within easy reach of all amenities. The courtyard was a sun trap with a hot tub to soothe tired muscles. I would highly recommend this villa to families and cyclists alike.

Location and quality of accommodation excellent
Enjoyed our visit to this well maintained and located villa. The adjacent football field was a bonus for the grand children who love football and kept them entertained.
All the little luxuries expected at home were in the villa, childrens games, books, hair driers.

Fantastic Villa & Brilliant owner support
A truly fantastic Villa, excellent location. Perfect for 8 persons, no one felt overcrowded, plenty of room for all.
The facilities were top notch, bedrooms were very nice, kitchen was excellent and very well provided with all the mod cons, even with 2 fridges!
The living room was so homely for 8 of us, nice tv and reliable internet.
Will definitely book again, the owners are so nice & offer unlimited support!

Very enjoyable stay
We stayed at the Casa Vieja as a family of six adults, as we were attending a wedding in Puerto Pollensa and the villa was within walking distance to the wedding venue and also walking distance to the sea, we enjoyed our stay very much, the villa has an extremely well equipped kitchen, and the hot tub was defininately a bonus, Caroline & Mike were very helpful and explained any questions we asked before we went I would thoroughly recommend Casa Vieja.

Great Time
Hello Caroline just a few lines we had a wonderful stay in the villa everyone really enjoyed it. Bikes were hired, walks taken, swimming etc. Plenty to keep everyone amused.

A perfect holiday
We had a wonderful time here. The villa is located within easy reach of a sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for children. Restaurants and bars very nearby and the pine walk down to the town is beautiful and very easy access to the town. The villa is extremely well equipped and very spacious. Beds are very comfortable and there is an abundance of hot water. The air conditioning is a must and worked brilliantly. It was very hot whilst we were there but the villa cooled down very quickly when necessary. I would definitely return to Puerto de Pollensa and stay in the same villa without any hesitation.

Good sized, homely villa with a Spanish feel
There were 8 adults in this villa for two weeks. There was plenty of space and we weren't falling over each other. It was clean and comfortable and in a lovely setting. I would recommend it
