We had a wonderful stay at Villa Felicita. It's location was ideal being close to the river and town but still very peaceful. It is a spacious villa with everything needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The four ensuite bedrooms were lovely but the highlight had to be the great swimming pool which provided so much fun for the younger members of our party as well as a perfect respite from the hot sunshine. The villa is in a very picturesque location, with a nice garden, close to the river which provide so many opportunities for sightseeing and leisurely boat trips. The owner Steve was very helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations for the local restaurants. All in all we had a great holiday in Dalyan at Villa Felicita. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

The villa and large pool are lovely. The owner is very helpful and answered questions promptly. We loved the area and being by the river was beautiful. We all agreed that Dalyan is a place to return to.

Had a wonderful holiday at Villa Felicita. Great Villa with all you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday in the Turkish sunshine. Lovely pool and Jacuzzi with plenty of sun beds and outside seating. Fully air conditioned which is a must. The water cooler was an added bonus and saved carrying heavy bottles back to the Villa. Overall I would highly recommend this Villa and the owner, Steve, is a delight to deal with.

We have stayed in a few villas in different resorts in Turkey and this one is undoubtably the best. A very well-proportioned villa that has everything you could need and want. Well-appointed and the wifi and air conditioning are of a very good standard. It is reassuring that the villa has a lot of security features including a safe and an alarm system that is easy to use. The swimming pool is a perfect temperature and set in the beautifully landscaped garden. In a great location, the villa is in a quiet suburb overlooking the river and rock tombs; it’s a 10-minute walk at a leisurely pace to the top of 'Bar street'. The SunRay office (the company that manage the property) is at the top of Bar Street. Debbie the manager was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The villa owner, Stephen was very helpful and always responded promptly to my queries before and during our stay. We hope to stay at this villa again in the future.
