Situated in Montauk, this charming house for $600 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Hang out in this ditch plains oasis. Just 1 block from the beach no car necessary. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, playroom, office, kitchen, and living room. Ideal for summer entertaining. Our home has a number of renovations in the last 2 years including a new deck which is now over 600 sq ft outfitted with a lounge area and separate dining space. Upstairs you will experience vaulted ceilings with an open family room, fireplace, and kitchen. Both the master bedroom and guestroom are on the main floor with bright and airy space. Downstairs you will find an open stairway to the renovated playroom, guest bedroom, and bathroom. Walk home from the beach and take a dip in the Jacuzzi located in our comfortable lani. Backyard features a large deck for entertaining as well as an outdoor lounge and beautiful, lush landscaping. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the trickling of water from the koi the pond. Outside you will find a large hot and cold water shower to wash the whole family as well as a gated backyard. Perfect to allow kids to play in. A surfers dream with lots of long boards, paddle boards, bikes, skateboards, wagons, and everything you need to have an amazing team on the beach.

This house in ditch plains could not have been more perfect for us!!! Walking distance to the beach all the amenities you could ask for and so incredibly homey ! The outdoor space was so cozy and invite as well . Michael was such a gracious host listening to all our needs ! Highly recommend this property !!👍

We LOVED this property! It's a beautiful house and includes several incredible features like a gorgeous deck and backyard, fire pit, koi pond and hot tub. The location can't be beat - it's a block from the beach. It's great for families with children or adult couples. Michael, our host could not have been more accommodating. He was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back.

We booked 2 weeks at Michael and Felicia house in Ditch Plains. This was our first time ever booking a VRBO. It is remarkable to me how easy and fabulous it was. The house had more than enough rooms and AC and fans in every room! I felt like it was my own home fully loaded with all the necessities anyone can need. My favorite was the herb garden that I used for my BBQ. I think I used all of it ..lol! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family and hopefully reserve for next year. Thank you M & F ❤️

One of the best houses I’ve stayed in on VRBO ever ! It was exactly as listed, comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need-and more! Michael and felicias generosity is unmatched. We utilized every part of that house along with their board games, tarot cards, back and front decks, and even enjoyed listening to the subtle water noises from the koi pond. My girlfriends and I are Dying the stay here again ! Thanks for having us!

This house is within walking distance to the beach and just a short drive into town. It’s clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything that you might need. The patio in the back is so welcoming. Definitely recommend!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time. The house was perfect- it's a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed. The back deck was a great place to hang out and the beds were very comfortable. The host, Mike, had great communication and was very nice. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Great location and great house made for a memorable family vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better location—just a quick walk down to the beach. And Lolly Water is so well-equipped, with beach necessities and toys, bikes, kitchen tools and accessories, awesome outside entertaining space, outdoor shower, hot tub. We had an amazing, relaxing beach/surf vacation, thanks to Lolly Water.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this gem of a beach house, located just a few hundred feet from magical Ditch Plains. From the beautiful garden and the elevated deck to the fireplace in the airy living room and the fully stocked kitchen, this house has everything you need to feel at home. The beds are soft and comfortable, the house has all the amenities you might need, and the location can't be beat. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We stayed at the house for a week during our spring break. The weather was great and the house was close enough to walk to the beach. One day we saw a seal who came up on the beach and the kids loved that. We enjoyed the house and location and would stay here again.

You can’t beat the location of this house. Just a short walk to the beach perfect for morning/evening walks while enjoy the sun during the day. A little hiccup with checkin and Michael was so quick to help us out and get everything settled. Michael was always easy to get ahold of and answered ASAP along with local recommendations. The pictures don’t do this house justice, it really is a retreat and super spacious so everyone can relax!

My family all enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room in the house for everyone to feel comfortable. The back deck was spacious and we enjoyed grilling and spending time outside. We were happy to be able to use the bikes and beach cart. They used them every day as we headed over to the beach which was very close by. Michael was easy to communicate with. He made sure that everything went smoothly for us. His home felt like our home while we were on vacation in Montauk because of his thoughtfulness. We look forward to visiting again!
