Lovely hotel, the family who owns it is lovely and very helpful, the dorm was spacious and very clean! Delicious food! There's a great pool and the garden is beautiful. highly recommend, the best place to stay in Phong Nha

Lovely staff who let me check in at 3 after my late bus!! Super helpful :) clean room, free towel and comfy beds !
Pancake was more like an omelette but I’m sure a savoury breakfast would be better :)

My stay was very comfortable. The shared room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I liked that it was right on the strip...literally across the street from several restaurants...close by atms, massage and nail shops. Also liked how casual the employees were, you can tell its family owned and are very lax.
When I checked in, didn't tell me about any amenities such as pool...breakfast...but was quick to later on be pretty aggressive about the tours they wanted me to buy from them which were pretty pricey. Also the room def could have used some TLC...the TV was in there but literally no cord so def just for show. Wasn't able to get any hot water the whole stay and the sheets and bedding were very worn down.
