This was a perfect overnight stay. I wish we would have had more time at this property. It was comfortable and the host was helpful with suggestions for dinner as we had gotten in very late that day. Definitely recommend!

Great stay, brief as it was just one nite. Sean greeted us there when we arrived. Very nice man comfortable stay and more room than we needed. Handy to have a kitchen for our stay. The beach and the view nearby was beautiful.

Sean was an amazing host and gave us the best recommendation place to eat. We went down to the road to the beach and loved it.

When staying in properties my wife and I always hope for those connections and every so often we strike gold. This was one of those lucky strikes. Great conversation and stories with a bargain of a property. Great cottage style home with 3 sizable bedrooms and cliff/beach views (across the street) that are phenomenal. If a connection is what you seek, look no further.

Overally very happy, very clean and spacious for a small cottage. Only negative was no cooker, but we managed fine without. Very relaxing place with easy access to beach and beautiful walks nearby.

This beautiful little cottage met all of our needs and provided a wonderful respite from city life. Everything went very smoothly and would rent this property again. Owners were helpful and pleasant to help us out with travel tips.

Authentic home on the beautiful east coast of Ireland, very welcoming residence. Sean was very friendly and generously gave us suggestion’s for local activities and restaurants, Raglin Road was a excellent suggestion and Choice. A highly recommended stay.

Beautiful, isolated, close to the water. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with a nice living area in a quiet town. Hosts are wonderful; breakfast was excellent!! Because its older, there were small issues with wifi, shower, etc. but for the price, it cannot be beat! Also cute and charming. For extras, they have a little library of books including travel books for Ireland as well maps and travel brochures/fliers for local things. The hosts were so sweet and full of kowledge about the local area. The nearby beach is really beautiful, with cliffs, sandy beach, small island, pirate caves, etc. Very close by Tramore which has a great tourist area including a Coney Island/fair-type set up, horseback riding, fishing, pubs, and live music. A few more miles is Waterford, which has everything you can want. We had a lovely time and we would love to go back and stay for longer!

It's hard to articulate just how beautiful Annestown is. Brown's cottage is an adorable and cozy home nestled between two gorgeous (and quite private) beaches. Our stay was tranquil and lovely and just perfect. Sean was the best host we've ever had the privilege of knowing. He sat with us at breakfast and told us fascinating facts about the town's history and also directed us towards the must see's of the town and surrounding areas. It was one of four stops on our honeymoon and it was by far our best experience to date. Thanks Sean!

We loved our stay here! Sean, our host made a full Irish breakfast on the morning we left. What a wonderful and friendly person he is to chat with. We will stay here again if we are able to visit Ireland again.

It's a rustic old cottage in a tiny seaside village. As such it met my expectations. It's a cozy spot, in a quiet location. Sean is an excellent host, willing to share information regarding the area and ready with any advice about "what to see" when you visit. The offer of a traditional Irish Breakfast comes highly recommended, you'll not want for another meal the rest of the day. It was great to get out of the cookie cutter hotels for a change and live like a local person does. Don't expect a 5 Star hotel, although you'll receive 5 Star hospitality. Recommended.

What a warm and inviting cottage. This was a delightful stop and Sean was a perfect host. Had our BEST Irish breakfast with Sean. Wishing you and your new bride many blessings Sean! We highly recommend.

Seamless booking process, friendly host with advice and very accommodating. We used Sean’s bbq, and sat outside chatting for hours.

Greeted at the door at 10:00 pm after a harrowing day learning to drive "right steering-wheeled" Sean quickly oriented us, went out of the way to get us supper, and cooked a mean full Irish breakfast to get us on our way the next morning. What a wonderful way to begin our vacation. Many thanks, Sean!
