The location is excellent, little or no traffic the only noise is from bars and restaurants in the immediate locale and this is on an acceptable level and doesn't go on late, masses of restaurants within 150 metres to chose from, 3 minute walk to the sea, and 5 mins to main square in the "old" part of Puerto. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the landlord lives in the building so easy to contact if you want help.

No hot water in the "kitchen" which is a set of cabinets , a sink, and a hotplate along one wall of the lounge, the hot plate is temperamental, there is no toaster, no decent sized cups and no teaspoons. Not ideal for a stay in holiday but perfect to use as a base. The advert in Booking.com gives the impression of gardens and or terrace, this is not the case, its either in your room or quick walk to the local square.

Poor dining facilities: there were not enough plates for 3 people, there were no small spoons, the pan was terrible, the pots were not convenient in size. the reservation lists fruits and water upon arrival - there were none The shower was constantly clogged and threatened with a flood
