Nestled in Cannobio, this charming villa for $203 per night is a great choice for your next break. NEW 2019: New garden loungers and finally a gas grill! Season 2020 bookable now! Our little gem in Cannobio offers you everything you need for a successful holiday: Close to the city, calm and breathtaking panorama. The charming villa, which is over a hundred years old, has been completely renovated over the years and exudes a cheerful and cozy flair. Spacious rooms with high ceilings, some with stucco, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating in the salon, several terraces and balconies, all with open lake views, mountain views and views over Cannobio. Spacious garden with palm trees and flowering shrubs and shrubs as well as some art objects. The pool offers a refreshment in summer. It is not heated and is available in the 2019 season from mid-April to mid-October. In the summer months, the pool has sun all day, as do the sun terraces and balconies. Since the house is oriented to the northeast, the sun is saying goodbye more and more from autumn, so there is still about 2 hours of sun in October, for example. In spring and autumn, use the fireplace in the living room with the free firewood that can also supply the upper rooms with cozy warmth. The entrance to the house is quite steep, the entrance to the property is quite narrow for wide cars. There are parking spaces for around 3 cars on the property. There is an outdoor fireplace in the covered coach house on the terrace, so you don't have to do without eating on cooler evenings. You will also find sufficient garden furniture and loungers including cushions in the coach house and the roof terrace. The house is very spacious and spacious with its diverse terraces and balconies and invites you to linger. 4 bedrooms, two of which can be reached via the spiral staircase in the main wing, offer space for 8 people. Upstairs there are two bathrooms, the lower separate unit has two smaller bedrooms with French beds and a small bathroom that was renovated last year. Look forward to a holiday home with a special flair! And all of this just a 5-minute walk from Cannobio's attractive waterfront.

Traumort am Lago Maggiore
Diese Villa am Lago Maggiore erfüllt voll und ganz die Beschreibungen in der Anzeige.
Somit haben wir uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub absolut genossen.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war stets hilfreich und sehr freundlich.

Unsere Urlaubswoche im Mai 2022
Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, wobei wir mit zwei Personen in der oberen wohnten. Die in diesem Wohnteil vorhandenen Bäder sind komplett neu renoviert, das verwendete Silikon war praktisch noch feucht. Begehbare Duschen, im größeren Bad zwei Waschbecken, alle eingebauten Komponenten neu – das übertraf alle unserer Erwartungen. Wir haben in der Woche mit zwei Personen lediglich das kleinere der beiden Bäder benutzt. Unser Schlafzimmer hat aus dem Bett heraus einen grandiosen Blick auf den Lago; fast zu schade, um nachts die Augen zuzumachen. Im Haus und in der Küche ist alles in gehobener Ausführung vorhanden. Einzig die Treppe zwischen Erd- und Obergeschoss ist als zu eng zu erwähnen. Hausarchitektur bedingt ist das jedoch nur schwer anders zu lösen.
Das Wasser im Schwimmbad war jahreszeitverursacht frisch, wurde von uns dennoch beschwommen und betaucht.
Die Abfallleerung ist für unsere Verhältnisse ungewöhnlich – außer sonntags ist an jedem Tag eine andere Abfallsorte an der Straße abholbereit bereitzustellen.
Die Straße und Zufahrt zum Haus sind, wie wir von Italien gewohnt sind, eng und steil. Unser Auto blieb die ganze Woche am Haus stehen, die Promenade von Cannobio ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es an der Promenade einen Supermarkt mit Preisen vergleichbar wie daheim. Der „Aufstieg“ zum Haus erfordert eine gewisse Fitness oder immer wieder kurze Pausen. Nach dem dritten Promenadenbesuch zu Fuß ging’s schon leichter.
Insgesamt eine wundervolle Woche, die wir gerne wiederholen werden.

Die schönste Aussicht, ein wunderbarer Pool und romantische Schlafzimmer. Allen hat es sehr gefallen. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool - die Erwachsenen auch.

Wir (2 Personen, 1 Hund) haben uns in dieser Villa rundum wohlgefühlt!
Außen gibt es für jede Tages und Nachtzeit die passende Terrasse (insg. 6, wenn ich richtig gezählt habe), innen ist enorm viel Platz, nicht zuletzt durch die 4 Etagen. Letzteres bedeutet auch, dass man sich vorher etwas Kondition antrainieren sollte, auch um den kurzen, aber steilen Fußweg vom Dorf aus zu schaffen.
Apropos Dorf: ein Traum. Essen, Baden, Kunst, am Fluss laufen -- für alle etwas dabei. Ein bisschen touristisch vielleicht, dafür kommt man mit Deutsch überall durch.

Eine traumhafte Villa
Das Anwesen, die Aussicht und die Stadtvilla haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Die Aussicht von den verschiedenen Terrassen ist einfach nur unglaublich schön. Wir haben unendlich viele Bilder geschossen, um dieses Panorama festhalten zu können.
Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet,stilvoll und gehoben. Der Pool ist super, und wurde täglich von uns genutzt. Auch die Hauptterrasse mit dem Grill und dem Kaminofen hat uns sehr schöne Abende verrichtet.
Die Zufahrtsstraße und die Auffahrt sind eng, aber abenteuerlich aufregend. Auch mit einem VW Bus haben wir es geschafft. Es ist halt Italien, enge Gassen, enge Straßen :) und wir sind beschwerdefrei hoch und runter gefahren. Zu Fuss nach unten zum See mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurant ist man in 5 Min. Hoch ist es anstrengend, aber etwas Bewegung im Urlaub tut doch jeden gut :) ansonsten können wir Marco empfehlen. Marco steht unten am See und ist ein italienischer Taxifahrer für 2 Personen, der einem mit guter Laune zum Haus fährt.
Wir hatten einen tollen Kotankt per Email mit Frau Sobanek. Uns wurde gleich geantwortet und geholfen.
Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool wird jeden Sa gereinigt und überprüft. Wir haben 14 Tage in der Villa verbringen dürfen und würden es immer wieder buchen.
Nur ein kleiner Tip an Rande: es dürfen nicht so viele Geräte auf einmal im Haus laufen. Der Herd und die Waschmaschine beeinflussen den Stromfluss. Ist die Waschmaschine oder der Trockner an, braucht das Wasser für die Frühstückseier auf dem Herd Ewigkeiten.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit Traum-Aussicht
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, es hat sehr viel Platz und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sowie von den Balkonen ist wunderschön, traumhafter Blick auf den See und auf die Umgebung. Man ist sehr schnell -ca.5 Minuten- zu Fuß im Ort, andererseits aber durch die Hanglage am Ortsausgang abseits von Lärm & Trubel. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat alles, was man braucht. Terrassenmöbel, Gasgrill, ... Lediglich die Wendeltreppe zu den Schlafzimmern oben war anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig da relativ eng, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Herzlichen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub und wir hoffen, dass wir wieder kommen.

Toller Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, Cannobio und die Berge
Der Blick vom Haus ist einfach traumhaft und entschädigt für die etwas enge und steile Zufahrt zum Haus. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet , es ist alles da was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht so benutzen, da dieser zu unserem Reisetermin ( Mitte September ) immer im Schatten lag und es zum Baden dann einfach zu kühl war. Zusammen mit unseren Oldies ( 82 + 83 Jahre ) haben wir aber einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Woche, gerne wieder!
Schon die Ankunft ist atemberaubend, der Blick über den See entschädigt mehr als ausreichend für die die doch nervige Auffahrt, mit größeren Autos ist Mut angesagt.
Gute Ausstattung, im Haus alles Bestens. Über die etwas schlecht geputzten Bäder konnten wir getrost hinwegsehen. Allerdings ist der Zustand der Außenmöblierung sehr marode. Das war schade.

Atemberaubender Ausblick
Wir waren rundum mit allem zufrieden. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die vielen Terrassen laden zum Verweilen ein und selbst bei Regenwetter lässt es sich in dem mit viel Herzblut eingerichteten Haus wunderbar aushalten. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Erwartungen würden mehr als erfüllt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Eine Woche im Himmel
Es war von Anfang an ein perfekter Urlaub an einem perfekten Ort der vorab Kontakt mit Infos von Frau Sobanek bis hin zur Ankunft hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mit dem Personal mussten wir keinen Kontakt aufnehmen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir waren im Juli 2018 mit 2 Erw. und 2 Kindern in der Villa Cannobio und haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verlebt. Die Villa haben wir genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern vorgefunden, ein Traum. Die Aussicht auf Cannobio ist unbeschreiblich, man kann sich gar nicht satt sehen. Die Ausstattung der Villa bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist das i-Tüpfelchen, vom Pool aus hat man einen genialen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und überhaupt bieten die insgesamt drei Terrassen einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den tollen Ort Cannobio. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wieder einmal unvergleichlich schön!
Diesen speziellen Mix aus Entspannung und Erleben kann für uns nur die fantastische Villa der Sobaneks in Cannobio bieten. Beim zweiten Mal ist es dann nochmal (doppelt) schöner durch die Vorfreude und weil man sich schon heimisch fühlt. Doch gibt es ja viele Wanderungen, die noch auf uns warten und auch das kulinarische Angebot bleibt unerschöpflich. Wir kommen wieder!
