This unique and charming 120m² apartment is located on one of the most attractive streets in the heart of Copenhagen. The apartment is very quiet, with the park Øster Anlæg on the opposite site of the street. The Botanical Garden, King Garden, and The National Gallery is less than 5 min walk from the appartment. There is everthing you need in the appartment, which is fully furnished, and offers free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with more than 60 international channels, DVD/Blue-ray player, etc. Bright and well-furnished, the master bedroom features a large double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom also contains a double bed that can be separated into 2 beds. There is a separate dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The tranquil Øster Anlæg Park is on the doorstep of the apartment, and offers a peaceful environment for relaxation. Use the outdoor barbeque facilities, have a picnic by one of the lakes, or go for a quiet walk in the Botanical Garden or Kings Garden, where Rosenborg Castle hosts the Crown Jewels. The Little Mermaid is just a 20-minute walk away. The nearest bus stop is just 50 metres away. The metro is an 8-minute walk away, and the central station with trains to Malmø, Sweden is just 10 minutes’ walk away. Just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, guests can find a vibrant street with many shops, restaurants, takeaways, and cafees.

The facility was clean and in a safe quiet neighborhood. Most points of interest are walkable. I would return to this property.

The flat was charming and comfortabe for my family's accommodations in Copenhagen. The location is a quiet residential area with an art museum and park across the street. It was convenient to 2 metro stations within 10 minute walk. There were many restaurants within walking distance as well. The owner was responsive to all communication. If I ever get a chance to return to Copenhagen, I would return to this property.

The location is fantastic! Close to restaurants, parks, architectural landmarks! There were public works projects happening during our visit so lots of noise and mud! That was the only strong negative! The water closet is small! The kitchen and bathroom are dated but functional. It is an older building with no elevator. The laundry room is in the basement but both washers and dryers take a long time and apparently need some sort of wifi connection.

The apartment was perfect for us. Spacious with everything we needed.. And a great location. Many restaurants nearby. The Kings Garden and the Botanical Garden were a short walk away.

Beautiful apartment located in a quiet, central, safe neighborhood, near to many sites and public transportation. The host was lovely and very helpful and accommodating. We were 4 people and there was room for all of us to hang out together and alsoto have private space. We would happily stay there again.

This is a large apartment ideal for a holiday in Copenhagen. Very comfortable beds, clean, warm, with a well stocked kitchen, very quiet and in a great location to explore the city. You can walk to most places and Østerport and Nørreport stations are not far away.

We were two friends on a city break and this apartment was a really good location to see Copenhagen. Generally we walked everywhere but we did use buses (2 minutes walk to a stop), train to Helsingor and metro to and from the airport. Neils was the perfect host, meeting us on arrival, and showing us round the apartment. We had a small issue with a leak in the kitchen which I only mention as it was dealt with straight away. The apartment was warm and incredibly quiet with comfortable beds and furniture. I would also praise the nearby deli and takeaway Aamanns which served the most incredible smørrebrød. We sampled almost all of them. There is also a convenient Netto supermarket a few minutes walk away. A lovely stay and we would definitely return were we to visit Copenhagen again

The property was spacious and well located. The kitchen had a good supply of cooking utensils. My only comment is that oven mitts would have been nice
