We had a great time. It is a well maintained house, as are the facilities, such as the swimming pool and work out annexe. We loved watching the sunset when lounging by the pool. A retreat we are sure to repeat!

The apartment is nice with a beautiful view over Bodrum. The swimming pool is also very attractive. The landlord is friendly and helpful. The guy for helping during our stay was unfortunately less helpful. We often had to ask him the same question several times before we got an answer (or sometimes not).
But all in all this apartment is recommended.

We (3) had a great time staying here. It’s a lovely villa split into 3 apartments in a residential area, it was nice to have an up & downstairs. The pool area is lovely & we had it to ourselves most of the time. The property was clean & with careful closing of the screen doors it was almost entirely bug free. Mitra is an excellent host & we were able to contact a helpful property manager when she was unavailable. She arranged a transfer from the airport which we’d recommend. The home is up a hill a little out of the touristy area, we walked 20mins down to town & got taxis back up. The home is tricky for taxi drivers to find, they didn’t seem to understand the address, but they are very cheap (£3 or less) & we directed them from the main road. Wifi is a bit temperamental. Would recommend this place for a holiday in Bodrum!

Beautiful home with a great view and swimming pool. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were great for us. Meeting up with my mom and sister.
It is on top of the hill and one may need a car if walking is an issue, which we did because of mom.
I walked down the hill to pick up various items from the couple of stores. One of them had the best tomatoes!

Lage TOP, Aussicht wunderschön, alte Möbel und Geschirr, WIFI schlecht
Erstmals muss ich sagen, dass die Vermieterin sowie der Objekt-Betreuer Enver bey sehr nett waren. Die Lage des Objektes ist optimal, sehr nahe zum Stadtzentrum. Die Aussenanlage, der Pool waren sehr schön, die Aussicht auch toll. Leider sind die Möbel in der Wohnung sehr alt, somit sehr abgenutzt. Die Armaturen sind völlig verkalkt, den Wasserkocher konnte man auch vor kalk gar nicht benutzen. Das Geschirr ist leider auch sehr abgenutzt, die Töpfe und Pfannen waren nicht mehr schön anzusehen. Leider fehlten auch einige Utensilien wir Wäschespinne, Wäschekorb ..... Wir haben uns damit zufrieden gegeben, was es gab. WIFI ist leider miserabel. Wenn man keine großen Erwartungen hat ist es ausreichend. Ich hätte mir die Wohnung auch etwas sauberer erwünscht. Im großen und ganzen war es OK ; )

Airport transfers were seamless as Mitra who owns the apartment kindly arranged for Enver her building manager to drive us in his own transport, he charged £20 each way which wasn’t bad as the Airport is about 35 miles away. Traumhaft schöner Urlaub!
Die Lage, Ausstattung und Preisverhältnis war alles TOP. Es war alles tadellos sauber und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sympathisch gewesen. Wir haben uns mit meiner Freundin bei der Begrüßung sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet gewesen und man hatte alles was man braucht. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden vom Hausmeister, der sich um die Anlage und die Gäste gekümmert hat erfüllt. Vielen lieben Dank an den Hausmeister. Die Lage der Villa ist hervorragend und der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Das Zentrum lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Am schönsten fanden wir den Pool. Wir hatten nämlich das Glück, die erste Woche den Pool für uns allein zu haben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank noch einmal und hoffentlich bis zum nächsten mal.

Schönes Ferienhaus einfach zum Relaxen
Ich war mit meiner Familie, also meine Gattin und unseren zwei erwachsenen Kindern (20 und 24) dort. Das war unser erstes Mal, aber bestimmt nicht letztes.
Das Haus war komplett sauber, der schöne Garten sehr gepflegt und das Pool war ebenfalls sehr sauber.
Der Betreuer des Hauses war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Kleine Funktionsprobleme der Elektrogeräte hat er kurzer Hand beheben lassen.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und haben uns sehr gut relaxen können.
Wir haben das Glück gehabt die Besitzerin und Ihre besonders nette Familie kennen zu lernen und sehr schöne Zeit mit denen zu verbringen.
Also, es wird eine richtige Entscheidung Entscheidung sein diese Ferienwohnung zu buchen.

A nice apartment with everything you need . Good location for shops and only a short ( 15-20 min ) walk into town. Great garden pool area to relax in . Listed location is not 100% correct , its 1 -2 blocks over if you want to view on google maps

This is a lovely property. Very clean and well equipped.
The pool area is nice with a barbecue area and a Gym.
It’s in a residential area where several of the locals keep dogs in their yardstick/ gardens. There was quite a lot of early morning and early evening barking .
Enver is very helpful and informative and arranged airport transfers for us for 20 Euros each way which is reasonable.

Ein perfekter Urlaub
Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wahl des Domizils stellte sich als goldrichtig heraus. Tolle Wohnung, tolles Ambiente... einfach alles, wie man es sich wünscht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir hatten das Glück auch unsere Gastgeber, Mitra und Holger persönlich kennenzulernen. Herzlicher geht’s wohl kaum. Auf Wiedersehen und bis bald....... Beautiful apartment
The apartment is beautiful, really spacious on 2 levels. Mitra and Enver are really friendly and Enver got us some groceries as we arrived late, which was a nice touch. Nothing much in the immediate area, Bodrum is a good 15-20 min walk downhill. We got taxis going back as too hot to walk uphill. Other than being a bit out the way, the apartment is stunning and hope to return soon.

This is a lovely property. Very clean and well equipped.

Amazing view with nice pool and garden
The apartment was very nice with great views over Bodrum. The aircon worked well and is needed. Generally the apartment was clean and tidy and comfortable. We had some minor issues with the pool house which had not been cleaned before our arrival this was done on our second day, the sun shades around the pool were tatty and needed to be replaced, this was sort of done while we were there. There were also some issues with the hot water supply which seemed to be an ongoing problem.
We met Mitra the owner who invited us out to dinner I presume was a goodwill gesture, unfortunately we had already made other arrangements.
We didn’t have a car so needed to get taxis to and fro Bodrum as it’s a 20min walk in the blistering heat, they are cheap £3 each way.
We went to this part of Turkey for a Scuba Diving course which was fantastic but I don’t think we will go back here again.

We spent some days by the pool in the garden; some days we went on tours, e.g. Kos and Pamukkale and some days we walked to Bodrum city centre - just a 15-minute walk away. Coming home to Villa Abracadabra after busy days was just a treat.
We had a wonderful time in Bodrum and we highly recommend Villa Abracadabra to anyone visiting Bodrum.

It was a bit hard to find the villa, but once we arrived it was a beautiful and clean villa. We were happy there was a big private pool. And u could walk to the center, beach etc. I would definitely book this villa again if i was in Bodrum again.

First of all: highly recommended place!
Why?
1. Location: it's quiet, a short walk from supermarkets, restaurants, city center and beach (although the beach isn't really all that great in Bodrum, the city has many other qualities).
2. Apartment (outside): big and very good BBQ, nice pool, everything is super clean, pool house with mini gym, grass area where kids can play and a comfy chill area
3. Apartment (inside): quite new, very clean, nicely equipped, comfy, aircon. All in all, very enjoyable.
4. Owner and help: Mitra and Enver do a great job at making you feel home. Super helpful, fast responses and nice on top.
5. Price: great value for money
We saw a few places in Bodrum and this one was definitely our favorite.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Apartment Abracadabra
We found our Apartment very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It is situated in a very good place about a 15 minute walk to Bodrum where all the restaurants, beach and shops are. The garden is beautiful and we had a lovely relaxing stay around the pool which was very clean and there was a pool house with toilet facilities. We also had great views from our balcony of Bodrum and the castle.
We would like to thank Mitra for welcoming us to her Villa and Enver for all his help during our stay. We will definitely consider this for our holiday next year.

Great stay in great apartment
First visit to Turkey and thanks to a great standard of hospitality and super accommodation, it won't be our last. We always like to go self-catering but don't always find such comfort away from home - the bed was 4*/5* hotel quality - and in fact I have nothing at all to complain about and can only praise everything :)
Thank you Mitra for your attention to detail and thank you Enver for the pick-up and drop-off and for being on hand. We returned to Ireland well rested and content!!

Highly recommended- great place for a holiday
We (4 adults) spent a week in august this summer at this wonderful apartment. Couldn't recommend it highly enough, the apartment itself is well equipped and very modern. The gardens are lovely and very well maintained, pool area and barbecue were ideal. Enver was always on hand to help if we had any questions. The views from the balcony are spectacular and we are missing them so much.
Bodrum is a great base for a holiday and we were lucky enough to have a car which allowed us to visit many of the other places, but still loved to come back in the evening to sit and watch the view from the apartment before hitting the town which is about a 15- 20 min walk away. We loved the holiday so much we hope to return next summer.

Viajamos con nuestros mellizos de 10 meses, la casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para sentirte como en tu propia casa.
Es aun mejor que en las fotos!
La dueña, Mitra es un encanto igual que sus hijas, solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento.
Puedes ir al centro o a la playa andando, hay una pequeña cuesta pero se va muy bien, ademas el sitio es muy seguro.
la piscina esta muy limpia, y tienes una zona con refrescos,agua, barbacoa, etc.
Totalmente recomendable!!

Absolutely perfect!
We spent a full week in this very charming apartment with two children and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment is confortable and nicely equiped but the gardent and the pool are just exceptional. We were able to cook BBQ almost every night and the view on Bodrum is gorgeous. It is at walking distance (20 minutes) from all the mainattractions
It is perfect for a family who wants to have the time of their life!

Great apartment made a fantastic Bodrum holiday!
Stayed in this apartment in Bodrum for a week in October 2011. It's a great place - very modern and comfortable, light and spacious, with great views over Bodrum and the sea. There's also a lovely garden and a great pool. The main town is about 5-10 minute walk away which is ideal as its nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. We were also very well looked after and someone was always available to provide any help or provide advice. And the owner was really friendly and gave us loads of great tips for spending our time in Bodrim.
I would definitely like to stay here again - a great place!

Lovely Villa
We spent six days in Bodrum, loved the place and the villa. It is a very nice, tidy villa and furnished delightfully tasteful with light colors. Most important things for us was a clean, light, modern place with internet access. We got that plus a lot more!
It has an amazing view over the town and you are able to watch a beautiful sunset at the evenings. It is located just about 10-15 minutes’ walk to the town center where all the restaurants are and also a supermarket just nearby located on the main street about 5 minutes walk to the villa. You get both the closeness to the town center and a peaceful place to stay which has everything you need on holiday.
I and my husband actually went to Bodrum to find a property to buy and were so lucky that the owner of the rental apartment were also there during our stay. We received a lot of support basically with everything related to the purchasing the property which we are very grateful for.
