Located in the historic Butler-Tarkington neighborhood, this home was built in 2003 the newly remodeled apartment with updated furniture it is 720 sq. foot. It boosts vaulted ceilings and lots of windows located within a half block of prestigious Butler University. This lavish apartment is part of a private custom home that was built in 2003. The property has its own private entrance, private full- bath, mini- fridge, microwave and separate heating and air conditioning unit controlled only by you. Sleeps two comfortably in a queen-bed with plenty of dresser and full closet space for longer stays. Located in a prime location (10 min) between beautiful downtown Indianapolis, Mass Ave, and Broadripple. Plenty of free street parking in front of the home for added security and Butler Policy Department is located on same block. Great for parents of Butler students, weekend getaways from the kids or weekday business travelers that would like to stay in a homey atmosphere instead of a hotel. Walking distance to Historic Hinkle Field House, Clowes Hall and Indianapolis Museum of Art (IMA). We have a screen porch that seat 4 that is available to use during your stay

We needed a place close to campus as we moved in our freshman. Butler Fieldhouse was an ideal spot. Paul was extremely hospitable and the accommodations were impeccable! We will be back for parent’s weekend! Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.

This coach house is perfect for a quiet stay, whether for a couple of nights or longer. The hosts are fantastic! There was plenty of space for just me and nice and private. Easy parking and convenient to so many great places on the north side of Indy. I highly recommend!

We LOVED the location! SO PEACEFUL! Beautiful area to take a walk in the morning. The property was perfect! Paul was so nice and we enjoyed hearing about the area. Paul welcomed us and provided a home away from home for us with this amazing property! Landscaping was beautiful!

This space was amazing. Even though it was a short walk to Butler campus it was quiet. I was able to relax and enjoy a weekend with my daughter without having to drive 20 min to a hotel.

I have never stayed at such a clean, friendly and homey place before. Our hosts were so thoughtful about having everything we need available. I would never stay anywhere else in Indianapolis if we visit again. It is within easy walking distance of Butler and we felt very safe waking to campus even in the evening. Lovely home, quiet, easy parking and I may have to make an excuse to travel to Indiana again just to stay at the Butler Fieldhouse. Our hosts do it right!

Another great stay. If you want to stay near Butler U or the surrounding neighborhood. This is the best place for an individual or couple. Well-appointed Suite on a quiet street a block away from Butler. The owners are good people who make sure you have what you need for a nice stay.

This is a GREAT property in a GREAT location to do anything in Indy. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s on a quiet street, appx 1 block from Butler University’s campus, and their PD is located on the corner of the same street. The neighborhood is upper middle class and very discreet. The unit is its own stand alone apartment, located above the garage of what seems to be a fairly recent construction home. The property and unit details are meticulously manicured. While it says on street parking, know that the street is every bit of 3.5 lanes wide and you won’t have to perform a parallel maneuver to make it happen. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at Butler Fieldhouse was very pleasant. Paul was a great host, making the check-in process a breeze, following up to make sure we had everything we needed and offering helpful suggestions for local dining. The apartment was clean, and well/stocked with towels and a very nice coffee/tea bar, a comfortable bed, and nice seating and storage. The neighborhood is beautiful, very close to Butler University and to Newfields museum, which was our reason for visiting Indianapolis. We would recommend this property.

So happy that we found the Butler Field House! Paul was very helpful and had great communication with us the entire time. We loved the apartment, it was quiet and private, full of excellent amenities and was very nicely appointed. The neighborhood is excellent, with restaurants in various areas nearby and is less than a block from Butler University and only a few minutes from the Newfield Museum. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely return.

My stay at the Butler Fieldhouse was fantastic! The room is very comfortable and charming- nicely furnished, private, quiet, comfortable bed, spacious. I was in town to visit family, not to visit Butler, and the walk between this property and Rocky Ripple was gorgeous and peaceful, along a beautiful canal. This is the perfect place to stay when I visit Indianapolis!

I couldn't be more pleased with our stay at Butler Fieldhouse. Our room looked just like the photos and was was very clean and comfortable. Our gracious hosts had included items such local menus, chilled water, paper plates, etc. We had everything we needed and look forward to staying again. Thank you .

The property and location were perfect to celebrate my daughter’s delayed “graduation” from IUPUI physician assistant school. Close to her house, great walking neighborhood and COVID safe outdoor restaurants.
