This was the best equipped house we have rented. The linens were great. The bathrooms clean and very functional. Water was great. The kitchen was amazing. I felt like I was at my own house. I will definitely stay here again.

The condo is clean, bright and airy. It had all supplies and amenities needed and more (closet and storage space is luxurious— when do you ever get a walk-in closet on vaca?!). Proximity to beginner surf beach and smoothie/coffee/breakfast burrito trucks was awesome. Access to pool for post beach day dip was nice. Easy drive to other spots to mix it up. Great rental, everything as pictured. Thanks!!

Everything was great! Close to all the surf spots. Restaurants,bars. Calm water for snorkeling swimming in very close walking distance. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay imo

We loved the house, how close it was to a beach with incredible snorkeling, and how we could walk to the beach and watch the sun set each night. The home is beautiful and allowed for a magical vacation.

This was a beautiful little beach house. It met my adult kids' expectations and was exactly what Pete painted the image of the house to be "Fabulous". Will definitely recommend the place to friends and family. I also would like to acknowledge Peter's book about Rincon and its rich history and the large photo prints throughout the house.

This property was really nice. It included silverware and plates and even laundry detergent. The A/C was super nice and cold and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The area was beautiful right by the beach. The house overall was very cozy for the four of us.

This was a beautiful little beach house that was convenient to everything. There were lots of useful amenities and it was a short walking distance to restaurants and a beach. We did a snorkeling tour nearby and it was super convenient to that. Definitely would recommend!

You can't beat this location especially if you have children, since it is located to one of the best child-friendly swimming beaches. Also, there are great places to eat in walking distance, too! The property itself was clean and it was easy to communicate with the property manager. The community pool was also a great plus.

We are happy to report that the Azalea House was immaculately cleaned, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed exploring the area beaches and were extra appreciative of the use of the provided beach towels and chairs.

Azalea Beach House
This was our first time using VRBO and we have to say the whole process was amazing. The communications before/during and after our stay were helpful.
The Azalea Beach House is located in a ideal spot, perfect as our home base as we explored the west end of the island.
Besides the location, we were very pleased with our stay at Peter's house. The house was in a quiet gated community. The house itself was spotless, well maintained and it had all the necessary amenities we needed for our stay. Our favorite area was the outside covered patio where we spent most of our time relaxing, playing games and enjoying the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. We certainly would recommend the Azalea House to anyone looking to rent in Rincon!

It was a great vacation. Had all the things you would need, well stocked kitchen. 3rd floor all stairs to get up fyi if that is an issue for you. Besutiful secluded Beach near by.

Great place to stay
We loved the location. We were able to walk each morning to coffee and the beach. The house is very clean and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe. Peter was quick to respond to messages.

Family friendly Rincon stay
My family and I enjoyed staying at Azalea house. The house had everything we needed and was a short walking distance from restaurants. Steps beach was a short 3 minute drive away and we spent most of our days there snorkeling with the kids. We definitely recommend this house.

We spent 4 days at the villa and had an amazing time! The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to shops and restaurants. The pool was well kept. The villa is relatively new and is kept in great condition. Would definitely recommend Azalea to Rincon travelers!
