Rent a golf cart, and park it in the attached 2 car garage along with your car! You will be a 1/2 mile from Whitecap beach, but you'll want to drive and park directly on the beach. Do you like the whole family to be able to play games or gather comfortably together at the dinner table? Don't settle for a tiny condo with the dining table pushed up against the wall. This dining room table seats 6 - 8 (with 2 of the bar stools) and the breakfast bar right next to it seats 4. Downstairs has recent wood laminate and upstairs has bamboo - no carpet! The furniture in the living room (recliner, chairs, sleeper sofa) is leather or leather like (no fabric surfaces to retain odors or stains), and both upstairs and down has high ceilings. For chill time, there are 3 flat screens with cable, WIFI, and movies saved on the DVR (downstairs only). The chef's kitchen has all the pots/pans/skillets/utensils you will need, both Keurig and traditional coffee maker, slow cooker, waffle iron, blender and good-sized pantry. Beds include: 1 queen sleeper sofa, 1 king Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid, 1 toddlers' mattress in closet, 1 queen bed similar to Tempur-Pedic, and 1 queen bed Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid (same model as King). Both bedrooms on the second floor have high end Thomasville and Bassett furniture. The king room has private bathroom with shower/tub and the room with 2 queen beds has a deluxe walk in shower where you can sit and relax with 2 different shower heads and "raining" mechanism on the ceiling, towels/bedding for all guests, washer/dryer upstairs next to bedrooms for convenience, and iron/ironing board. Essentials provided are toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher and dish soap, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. You will need to bring beach towels and sunblock. Important information: There is a pet fee, and you must contact me in advance to bring your pet/pets. Lost pool keys are $200 charged and enforced by Palm Bay property management. I have to pay this and have no way to discount or intervene in any way. Our pool is very popular, and we must limit access to owners and registered guests. You need a permit to park on the beach and can buy one at HEB, CVS, or from the people checking permits. Guest and additional parking is available throughout the property.
