About this house rental
Located in Kyneton, this lovely house for $155 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Luxury Cottage in an amazing location directly opposite the Kyneton Botanic Gardens enabling guests to enjoy the ambiance of the gardens and explore the local River walk. Kenmaur has been beautifully renovated to provide comfort and luxury for our guests. Upon opening the front door you will be delighted by the original Baltic floorboards. The cottage has three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with two king singles. Quality linen is provided to ensure our guests are very comfortable. The main bedroom has a luxurious ensuite and French doors leading to the outdoor deck. The lounge room is very comfortable and includes a 55 inch Plasma TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and has ample seating for six or more people. The cottage has a European laundry fitted out with a combination washing machine/dryer. Ducted heating is in all rooms, including the bathrooms making it very cosy for guests during the crisp Kyneton winters. Reverse cycle Split System Airconditioning in the lounge filters through the house to create a comfortable ambiance on the warmer days. The main bathroom incorporates a freestanding bath, twin basins and both bathrooms have quality fittings and rainmaker shower heads The rear garden includes a deck and outdoor setting for guests to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Kenmaur Cottage is located within walking distance to the town centre (600 metres), many local restaurants, 1km to historic Piper Street and the 750 metres to the Kyneton Railway Station. Off street parking is also provided at the property. For the comfort of all guests the cottage is a 'no smoking' house Sorry no pets.

We had a wonderful time. The house is in a great location, very clean, with extremely comfy beds and all of the amenities needed for a great family holiday.

Perfect cottage for our family of five with teens and tweens! Easy walk to town and right opposite Kyneton’s Botanical gardens as well as plenty of books board games and access to TVs and wifi indoors made sure we had things to do even on thunderstorm affected days. The kids loved plucking fresh plums from the laden backyard tree every day! Karen was very lovely to communicate with for any questions we had…

Only annoying thing was the enquire shower which leaked under door ++ real slip hazard.

Lovely , spotlessly clean and tidy period 3 bedroom home. Perfect for our 4 day stay. So many little extras which made the stay easy.Perfect position if you have young children as the fabulous children's playground is across the road as is the beautiful botanical gardens. A short , easy walk to the main street and a bit longer to Piper Street. Also recommend the Campaspe River walk which is great for all ages and beautiful arund sunset.

We are 3 elderly ladies and this property suited us perfectly. We all remarked on the comfortable beds and the overall convenience. Only one suggestion from one of us is that a non skid mat in the showers would be helpful for people of our age

Kyneton Getaway
We had a lovely time in Kyneton, Karen’s place was a perfect place for our weekend get away. It is clean and well appointed with lovely furnishings. We appreciated the extra blankets and electric blankets on the beds. The beds were all very comfortable with nice plush pillows. Great location not far from Piper Street and right opposite the Botanical Gardens.

What a beautiful home! It exceeded our expectations. Directly across the road from the gorgeous botanic gardens, well equipped with everything we needed, comfortable beds and couches. Would definitely recommend. The photos don't do it justice!
