Well I had the best room in the hotel so I’m not complaining! It was stunningly beautiful. Also location is perfect for wandering around Bordeaux.
Check in was rather stressful after a long flight/day and the poor guy had been left on his own with a non- working internet connection so he couldn’t check me in easily. A note to the manager; always have two members of staff on at all times (even a Sunday night)

Everything. The location is perfect. The facilities were wonderful and kept clean. AC was a welcomed touch given that it was really hot. It made a big difference in being able to get proper rest. The staff was helpful and kind. Overall one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in and if I’m in Bordeaux again,I already know where I’m gonna stay :)

The location was great and the staffs were really nice.
It wasn't clean especially the bathroom was awful and disappointing
