Central Eastham location, 1/4 mi from the National Seashore Visitors Center means quick and easy access to ocean and bay beaches as well as the bike paths. Cottage is one of 10 that share a private fresh water beach with a dock with rowboats and a swim platform. Also includes access to the playroom, horseshoes pits, and basketball courts. Recently remodeled, it features lofty cathedral ceilings, central fireplace, hardwood floors and a roomy bathroom with a full tub. Includes charcoal grill, coffee maker, gas stove/oven, full refrigerator, microwave and fully equipped kitchen. WiFi access. Ideal for families with children. Had a excellent week, very good location for kayaking, biking and walking. Very close to national seashore beaches as well as chatam.
Little road noise not too bad. Cottage was very clean.

It’s hard to capture the true beauty of this pond in pictures. This cottage has the most serene view of the water looking through a magnificent grove of trees. The access to the rowboats was a bonus. If you are a birder, bring your binoculars! We saw a number of different species. But the family of Green Herons were a highlight!
The cottage may be smaller than some, but the high ceilings and the abundance of natural light makes it incredibly comfortable. And the sunrise view through the picture windows is
breathtaking!
The location of the cottages in relation to other cottages is ideal. It really does feel quiet and private. And the cottage is very close to auxiliary parking and the game room if you need access to those.
And you are just a quick walk to a charming shared beach with a swim platform and dock!
We really enjoyed our stay and we would absolutely consider staying again!

We stayed here a week in October. Previous reviewers have said what I would say - wonderful well equipped cottage, lovely view, quiet despite being close to Route 6. In October, boats and dock had been brought in for the winter so we were unable to enjoy them. Heating system kept us comfy on cool nights. Communication with owner was great.

Staying in this cottage is like staying in a treehouse, surrounded by trees. The view of the pond (through the trees) is beautiful at every time of day and in every type of weather. The location is terrific for access to the bay and the ocean. And the owner was quick to respond to questions.

The cottage is lovely with just fantastic views through a bank of windows to Minister Pond. The cottages in the grove are nicely spaced for privacy but allow for chance meetings, particularly at the beach. Our bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for preparing meals. The cottage was clean and very comfortable for the two us. The beach and dock and float, a stone's throw from the cottage, were a highlight. The swimming was excellent. Tom was an excellent host. He was responsive and helpful for the few questions we had.

This house was perfect for our small family. There's an amazing view of the pond and treetops that makes it feel like you're in a treehouse. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay. You have to cross a busy street to get to a sidewalk so we had to drive with our little ones even to get to the Salt Pond Visitor Center which would otherwise be a short walk away. We hope to return soon!

Sweet, well maintained, nicely appointed small cottage with large windows and lovely views of the pond. It is a 2 minute walk down to a small private beach with a dock, raft and row boats, as well as a variety of life vests to use. We also enjoyed the playground. It was great for us…grandparents with 5 and 8 yr old granddaughters. Although it was very hot and muggy, there was shade and a breeze and Adirondack chairs to enjoy at the pond. Bedroom air conditioners were fine for cooling off the cottage at night.
Access off Route 6 was difficult at times, especially at night, and parking limited other family members from visiting us there. But overall , we had a lovely week!

This spot was the perfect combination of private retreat and convenience to all the family fun on the Cape. Having the private pond right there provided both a beautiful view and recreation within barefoot walking distance. Eastham was so centrally located that everything felt just a short drive away. I feel like we packed in more fun while being more relaxed by staying here, so that’s a win in my book.

This is a lovely cottage located on a quiet pond with a nice view. Cottage was very clean and the queen bed was very comfortable. A nice sitting area just below the cottage provided a great place to read and experience the natural surroundings. The cottage is located about 1 mile from the entrance to the National Seashore. While it was early Fall, a visit to the beach itself at dawn and dusk was amazing. Thomas the Owner responded to our emails quickly and was very willing to adjust our scheduled week at the cottage. This was a very nice stay for us, we really enjoyed the cottage and is highly recommended. Its obvious that Thomas takes great pride in keeping his guests satisfied.

This was a perfectly situated cottage on the cape. The pond was wonderful to swim and fish in (catch and release) and close to lots of amenities. Its a very quiet part of the cape and we loved it. The cottage itself was beatifully maintained and clean.

We had a great stay at Tom's in Eastham! The cottage is cute and the pond is wonderful for boating and fishing! We had a slight issue with the internet that Tom was very quick to help us fix. My son was disappointed that the TV was small -- but not a problem for the rest of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place in a really good location on Cape Cod. Very central and easy to get anywhere easily from. Beautiful spot on a pond that also provided some shelter from the high winds blowing through from hurricane Teddy. Thomas was responsive and our stay went smoothly overall. We would recommend this to our friends, family and anyone else looking for a nice Cape getaway.

This is a great house. It had a beautiful view of the water and felt really cozy. The home was clean and is in a central location that you can't beat. The only downside of this cottage is the noise from the highway. You can hear the noise while sitting outside which does take away from the ambiance. Otherwise, this is a great cottage and would highly recommend.

It was perfect for us. I had a conference at the Sheraton which was just around the corner. The pond was warm whereas the beach was still cold at the end of June. It was quiet and scenic.

This is our second year staying at this adorable cottage! We absolutely love it! Perfect location to explore the Cape but we hardly ever leave the pond! Our children love the floating dock and boats and we dont even use the internet or the TV when we are here! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We love the view and listening to the birds- you feel like you are in a treehouse!
