the location was good, easy walking distance from night life.

the bed was a small double, our room was in the top of the block so was too warm. the fan provided was very small designed for a desk and therefore offered no release from the heat. the bed was very uncomfortable and should be stated as a small double / single. We booked two nights but left after the first as we both could not sleep.

Didn't meet any staff but the whole place was lovely.

Location was fab, actual building and rooms very quiet.well equipped property.

We could only open one window and as it was a particularly hot weekend we needed to have the fan on all the time.

Good location with nice restaurants nearby. Easy to check in.

Managed to lock myself in the Laundry area as left my phone with code on it in the room

The shower was great

The bed was a small size double. And the induction hob and over were over complicated to operate.

the room was very dirty and not upto the standards I expected. There was also a lot of noise and music throughout the night I believe another apartment was having a party. Lack of towels aswell

Given that it was listed as a basic studio apartment, I hadn't expected toiletries, but they were provided, as were towels. I was able to open the windows fully, as I do like to air my room. You cant always do this elsewhere. There was nothing fiddly about the TV remote control. All too often, you have to spend ages working the damned things out, but this was kept simple, but effective.

Although the kitchen came with Hob, Oven, toaster, kettle, and Fridge, a microwave would have been more useful to me. Of the above, I only used the Fridge and kettle.

No complaints

The apartment was clean with good facilities. The stove, cooking facilities and laundry were good and the bed was comfortable. The shower had a lovely rainforest shower head which was fabulous!

The apartment lacked character, everything was white and minimal and the bed was very small - if you’re a couple prepare for a close spoon all night!

Very modern and stylish, comfortable too.

Unclean. Staff not responsive. Had a bug/insect (silverline fish) issue which was horrible and it wasn't sorted the whole three weeks I was there. This was a health hazard.
