This guest house was a perfect stay and location for me and my hubby to celebrate our 40th anniversary! It is exactly as presented in website. Owner is fantastic. Very well appointed with lots of extras most homes not supply! Very kind owner.

Just what we needed for a birthday weekend! Beautiful property, clean, attention to detail and close to activities. Sunsets in the hot tub with stars overhead made this absolutely perfect. We give Valley View A+++++++.

Beautiful views in a quite area. Gorgeous home is open, impeccably clean, stocked with everything you could need and has an great hot tub.Easy reservation and check in, will definitely stay here again when we escape to the hill country
