This vacation home is the perfect place for different groups of families or friends, as it features a separate one-bedroom guest house, in addition to the main house. The main house includes three bedrooms, three of which seem like master bedrooms because they feature luxury en-suite baths and direct access to a balcony or patio. A bunk nook for the kids is at the top of the stairs and offers an attached half bath. An open living area is comfortably furnished with seating around a large TV and includes doors leading out to a pool patio. A state-of-the-art kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gleaming granite counter tops, and an island that seats five. An adjacent dining table seats eight more, convenient for fun social gatherings or parties. The pool deck outside the living room and beside the guest house also offers plenty of space for entertaining. The refreshing 14’ x 20’ saltwater pool is fun for the whole group. An expansive paver patio encompasses 500 square feet next to a large open, covered porch, and a gas grill and outdoor dining table provides an enjoyable environment for relaxing and poolside dining. Located just a short stroll from the Gulf, popular restaurants, and friendly beach bars, this rental is a vacation haven!
