About this house rental

Located in Hvide Sande, this lovely house for $86 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. Holiday cottage on 1000 m² large plot close to both fjord and ocean. Practical decor and bright rooms. In 2011 a fish cleaning table was added with running water and a fridge for storing the fish you catch either at the nearby Put and Take lake or in the ocean at Hvide Sande. Enjoy your evenings on the terrace that is partially covered for shelter. The annex close to the house is not part of the rental. Layout: open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge(+ freezer), freezer(100-139L), washing machine), Living/bed room(TV(satellite, german television channels), radio), bedroom(2x single bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bathroom(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), heating(electric), terrace, fish cleaning table, air to air heatpump These costs are mandatory and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price. Charmantes Ferienhaus am Rand der Siedlung
Das Ferienhaus war prinzipiell wie beschrieben, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch völlig in Ordnung. Zu den anderen Häusern ist genug Abstand vorhanden und die angrenzende Straße ist durch einen Erdwall mit Büschen darauf ausreichend abgeschirmt. Zum Anwesen gehört offenbar noch ein zweites Haus, welches in der Vermietung nicht mit eingeschlossen ist. Das war etwas unklar. Die Anweisungen der Agentur und im Hefter des Ferienhauses stimmten in einigen Details nicht überein oder passten nicht auf das Ferienhaus (z.B. gibt es keinen Wasserzähler zum Ablesen, zwei verschiedene WLAN Passwörter, etc.) - als Kleinigkeiten. Die Umgebung in der Nähe des Leuchtturmes war ruhig und schön, der endlose Strand war super und sauber. Der nächste Bäcker ist mit 3,5km Entfernung leider nicht mehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen - Fahrrad oder Auto ist notwendig, damit aus dem Frühstück kein Brunch wird. Nicht so schön war: - Vermutlich die Vormieter hatten ihren Recycling Müll einfach in die Büsche hinter der Mülltonne geworfen, so dass wir dies selbst entsorgen mussten - Geschirr war reichlich vorhanden (außer kleine Löffel), doch teilweise schmutzig gewesen. Der Geschirrspüler benötigte öfters zwei Durchgänge - Der Grill war defekt (durchgerostet) und wäre nur noch mit waghalsiger Bastelei zu gebrauchen
