Our locations are fantastic on the stunning surf/wine coast of Margaret River.Walk to the pristine swimming beaches/dog beaches, or the beach cafe along the popular beach pathway.Opposite your house is the handy licensed local Prevelly store-with an ocean view coffee deck,and Sea Gardens cafe.So you really don't have to drive anywhere when you arrive-just walk to enjoy the seaside holiday ambience.Our houses are the perfect central Margaret River base, while only a 10 min drive to town or the nearest winery!, An ideal choice for families, groups of friends, cosy couple getaways and of course your family dog.The house has an open log fire for winter warmth, and air con/heating.Safe undercover parking is at your front door for easy access and the house is surrounded by lawn and gardens for privacy. We have many return guests.

Prevelly Villas is in a great spot. Close to the beach and a stones throw from the Garden View Cafe, so close we could sit in the garden of the property and hear the live music in the afternoon. Spacious house and responsive hosts.

Very nice. View of the ocean from the mezzanine and the kids room. I might have a preference for the Mitchell road house but that’s only because of the walk across the road to the beach.

Lovely stay, had everything we could possibly need. Great location and our fur baby had a ball! Really nice quiet location.

Great place
Loved the location, however the back fence was not high enough to leave our large dog unattended/bbq area not fenced which could have been clearer in the listing. Nevertheless a great stay

Perfect location, great for the dog beach and park. The hosts provided lots of useful information on which breweries and wineries would allow dogs and listed a number of kids activities. The property is dated but clean, except the odd cobweb.

The location is perfect where closes to surfers point and beach. It only take around 10 minutes to a spot such as Winery, Animal Farm, etc.
We enjoyed the ocean view at the second level lounge.
Owner is sweet and nice because provided toys and books for kids. My kids loved to play with the toys and read the books.
All bedrooms are clean and tidy. We all slept well with the hotel quality mattress and linen.
I only have a concern of the stairs because of the big gap. If you have a little one, must be more careful in case any accidents happen.
Overall the accommodation is very good and definitely will recommend to our friends.
It's a good option if you are looking for accommodation close to beach.

Perfect dog-friendly getaway
My first holiday with dog in tow. Everything you could possibly think of was available to make this easy, including enclosed area for my pup to roam, spare lead (borrowed!) and even dog bowls if needed. House comfortable, well-equipped, and Deirdre was very welcoming.

Great location
Great location across the road from the beach.
Accommodation was clean and tidy. Kitchen needs to be updated, other than that, it was great.
Our Fur kid, Akiera had a great time.

Good value,
Good value. Nicely located. The unit we had was a very small frenced area for the dog, would have liked to have all the side secure. That being said, the fact that i could have my dog inside was great. Accommodation was clean, some aspects of the accommodation getting a tad worn. All in all, was a good stay.
