Convenient location with plenty of space. Unique decor with interesting tech upgrades in bathrooms. Would have preferred to have a small dining room table vs small bar with stools. Checkin process was different than online listing but was clarified later by the host.

The property was cute and well maintained! It's right behind mode salon and we really enjoyed the proximity! We would stay here again. The only thing I look into would be the water pressure in the second bathroom shower. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. All around a good experience, walking distance to Maude's and downtown is a plus. We walked to campus which was a bit far but doable. Super cute!

Location is right down the street from UF Stadium. We walked each way to and from, stopping at restaurants each way. Unfortunately, there are quite a few homeless people along the way. Not sure if this is true all over Gainesville but we weren't too keen on walking late at night. There's a Wawa just down the road (in the other direction) but again, so many homeless people to walk past to get there. The apartment was sufficient. We are a family of 4 so needed to squeeze in a bit. Needed to ask for additional towels but were given them quickly. They provided an air mattress since my big kids didn't want to share a bed but unfortunately it leaked so they just had to share the bed in the end. I love that they had some coffee and creamers for us (bonus!) but really dislike having dish detergent as the bathroom hand soap:( And when I sat on the couch there were old crumbs from multiple sources between the cushions (yuck). Walls are quite thin... we heard the neighbors telling a joke in the morning and the conversation of the people staying below us at night. Luckily for us they were only there one night and really weren't loud. I know this sounds pretty bad but it wasn't... I just want to be honest so you know exactly what to expect. It was almost $1k for 3 nights with all the fees which is comparatively good for a game weekend which is why I'd consider staying again especially now that I know what to expect.

Over all this was perfect for we needed for a quick weekend to Gainsville for a game. It’s a funky space located behind a salon in the ‘bed and breakfast district’. At first glance we really questioned our choice, the outside could absolutely use some TLC and cleaning. But the interior was quaint and cute and a great use of space. We did not cook but it appeared to have the basics. The beds were comfortable. One of the bathrooms could use some TLC but the other one was great! Over all this is an older, funky unit that for a short stay is perfect. We did get an ‘old version’ of the check in instructions that were completely incorrect from the key to the wifi. But when I text the contact they responded quickly and gave us the correct information.
