Inspired by classic Texas ranch architecture with modern comforts throughout, this unique property was thoughtfully designed like a private family compound for extended families, multiple couples, wedding weekends, and friends traveling together.
A central main house is complemented by two detached guest houses just steps away, together providing three spacious private king suites. The unique layout allows everyone to gather comfortably in the main house while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own suite at the end of the day.
Each spacious bedroom suite (approximately 21' × 18') includes:
• Five king beds throughout the property, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests
• Private en-suite bathroom with plush towels
• Individual heating and air conditioning controls
• Smart TV with streaming
• Mini refrigerator
• Dedicated workspace
• Blackout drapes for a restful night's sleep
After a day exploring the Hill Country, gather in the inviting main living area featuring two leather reclining sofas, a large 70-inch Smart TV, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, a professional 6-burner Wolf range, double ovens, a Ninja Coffee Bar, and everything needed to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a holiday feast. We can’t say enough positive things about this vacation rental. The spacious grounds and pretty views were so enjoyable. The individual cabin type set up was perfect for our group of friends. It was nice to have the space for everyone to go to bed when they wanted to without being bothered by noise from those staying up. The main house has a fabulous kitchen and everything you could possibly need. Close proximity to the distillery tour was perfect . Thanks for everything! Also, we never ran out of hot water with all of us trying to get ready to go out for the day.

The property was a peaceful gem just beyond the sprawl of Austin. Lots of acreage to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. There is a basketball hoop, cornhole set, and a golf chipping range that kept the guys entertained. The hosts have so many thoughtful details both inside and out, and communication with them was great. The “bunkhouse” design was ideal for our family, with a nicely decorated and well appointed great room/kitchen/dining for us to gather (...though we spent a lot of time on the porch in the rockers, or out on the deck by the pond). While watching the deer or listening to the frogs in the pond, you’d forget how close you are to the Dripping Springs Corridor. As noted in other reviews, the kitchen is stocked with every imaginable item for cooking or serving. The individual bedroom suites are designed for quiet and comfort, and we appreciated the mini fridges and bottled water in each bedroom. It was perfect for our new grandson (...and his parents) to have their own separate space, and those not used to a baby’s sleep schedule to have theirs. Our family had a very special vacation at the Magnolia Ranch, and we are already discussing when we can plan another visit. Thank you again to our hosts!
