Our family (4 adults and one infant) had a lovely stay at this home. The set-up was perfect for us. The large kitchen and dining area were wonderful. Unfortunately, we did not get much use of the screened-in porch because it was too cold out, but it looked very nice.
The kitchen accessories could be cleaned out so there is less clutter.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with the ocean, parks, restaurants, and shops close by. The small details the host added in the house to make our stay more enjoyable were very thoughtful.

First class experience. Gorgeous setting and two blocks to sand. Lots of privacy for two couples in the home with great gathering areas to play cards, do puzzles, and dine. We loved the screened in porch and secluded back yard. Really pretty home with everything we needed.

I love this house. It was clean, and the place was spacious, as advertised. The beds were comfy. The beach is about five minutes walk from the house, which was something I was looking for. The only thing I will improve is the entry and backyard doors, which are a bit hard to close. I highly recommend it.

So enjoyed our stay in this tastefully appointed and restful home ideal for gathering. The canopy of trees and landscaping transported us to a junglelike park. The home was awesomely air-conditioned and oh so comfortable and refreshing after walks and beach. Even a charger for our hybrid!! We stayed here to visit with friends (a young couple and their two children, 7 and 9.) The layout was ideal with a beautiful master suite and luxurious bathroom. They had their own wing and two bathrooms plus office space. Lighting throughout is wonderfully set up with dimmers and artful chandeliers. Living room has cozy couch for conversation and reading. Kitchen has huge oven, great stove, utensils, drawers of spices, toaster, 3 ways to make coffee, huge island for meal prep and gathering/ seating. The dining table (seating for 8) was our hub for games, coloring books, conversation, and long lingering meals. So enjoyed the fire pit for hotdogs and marshmallows to make s’mores. Just bring mosquito spray. It was too hot for us to use the screened in porch (heat index 105-110°F during our visit) but it has lovely seating, ceiling fan, lighting, and large dining table. Floors were easy to keep clean with the roomba for a daily sweep. The clean private beach is a 5 min stroll away and beautiful. Just to know, the stairs down to beach are steep and one in our group had difficulty with them. We so enjoyed our stay. And the neighbors we met were lovely to

We so enjoyed the time we had at Vero Beach. Our family had a chance to take a break from every day rat race and your place was so accommodating. You have a beautiful house. We loved that there was such a short walk to the beach. Thank you!

A dear friend and I brought our little dogs to Vero Beach to get out of the harsh Vermont winter. This rental was perfect. Owners are the managers and they were SUPER responsive. Highly recommend. Beach is also very dog friendly. Like a little bit of "old Florida" which is harder and harder to find these days.

This property was equipped with just about every kitchen item you would need, we even found and used a waffle maker. We spent most of our time on the screened patio, but after dark also enjoyed the smart TV which was ROKU based. No local channels, but there were apps for YOUTUBE TV and our cable provider as wells as apps for everything we could use. We had minor issues with lighting which Chase responded to and dealt with including ordering and having delivered 2 new lamps. We did wish we had instructions for the 2 thermostats, but managed to figure them out. All in all we had a great time.

This was the perfect Vero Beach location in a quaint neighborhood - walking distance to the ocean. We had all the comforts of home and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite less than ideal weather conditions. Thank you to our hosts!

We decided the morning before Hurricane Ian that we needed to get out of town because we live on the water. I emailed that morning and heard right back from the owner who made it possible for us to book in a safe place. The house was well supplied and we were thankful for our stay!

My husband and I were moving cross county and stayed as several different houses along the way. However, when we walked into Chase’s VRBO house, it felt like we were walking into our own home. The house is beautiful and comfortable and had a great fenced in backyard for our fur babies. The use of the washer and dryer was a major plus as we had been traveling. My husband liked being able to park in the driveway.
Chase is an excellent communicator. He quickly responded to each message I sent. Chase also allowed us to extend our stay by a night since our furniture had not arrived yet.
My favorite thing is that Chase allowed our 3 fur babies to stay with us at his VRBO home. Being in a house with us, makes the trip so much easier for them to process!

House was cool and mostly clean when we arrived, but I discovered several set-in stains on the couch and rugs. Toys were discovered under furniture, and there was dust everywhere, especially in the ceiling fans which explained our continued sniffles and allergies. Linens/towels were smelly and not recently cleaned and ultimately had to wash several sets prior to bedtime. Washer/dryer were clean and efficient.
House is nicely decorated with every appliance and utensil imaginable which was very convenient. Kitchen is updated but the fridge is not. Freezer drawer was rusting on the interior, no ice-maker, and some plastic components of the fridge are cracked. As I went to open the produce drawer, I was left with the handle in my hand.
Also had plumbing issues. Primary bathroom shower was very clogged, and plumber came by the next day to fix. Toilet in one of the bedrooms also has a water leak that my elderly parents informed me of the day we left.
Beds were comfortable, except the office couch. It's not a traditional pull-out but more of a futon. My 3 year old didn't sleep well on it because of its stiffness. We tried the pull-out couch of the living room, but that mattress was thin, old, and required additional padding.
Beach wagon was not a wagon, but rather a metal cart used to lug around concrete. This was not useful for the beach. Chairs were new and comfortable, but beach umbrella was significantly weathered and torn.
We had a great time, but we left disappointed with the house after all the incredible reviews about it. Owners were diligent in responding to our concerns, but next time we will stay elsewhere.

What a wonderful vacation! The house and beach access are amazing. It is a fantastic quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are so nice and inviting. This was our first time bringing our dog and he loved it. He is living his best life. We had fun golfing, bowling, playing mini putt, visiting family, sleeping in, relaxing, kayaking, taking walks on the beach and swimming in the ocean. We took a boat ride one day and even got to bring our dog Charlie. We even got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach!! The house was super relaxing and had everything you need. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for a great vacation and the treats you had waiting for us.

Home Away From Home
The home is exactly what we were looking for when trying to find something near the beach. Secluded yet close to dining and shopping within a short drive. The home is situated in a tropical setting and walking distance to the beach. Our family and pets felt right at home as soon as we arrived.
Chase was wonderful! Fantastic host and very responsive when we had questions. Looking forward to returning as soon as possible.

Super Beach and Fabulous House
Only a few minute walk to the beach, this house is a very updated beach house in a quiet neighborhood, Summerplace. Dogs are allowed on the beach! The house has comfy furniture, a king bed, fully equipped kichen and a lush tropical back yard that’s fully fenced, We loved the bit of old Florida feel. Close by on the mainland are Publix, restaurants and places to hear live music.

Great, updated beach house, lots of extras
Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms, attractive decor, and super comfortable foam mattresses. The kitchen is stocked with just about anything you could possibly need - smoothie maker, panini maker, All-clad cookware, ice cream maker, cleaning products, on and on. The only thing you might miss is an ice maker.
There’s the bonus of a screened in porch - nicely decorated and top-quality, fine mesh screening that kept the mosquitoes at bay. The owners are lovely and easy-going - they let us check in early and made extending our stay a breeze. Also of note, you are not required to complete a list of chores before you leave - their cleaning crew does everything. If you’ve stayed at VRBOs before, you’ll recognize that this is a luxury!
An easy walk to the beach and friendly, safe community make this house a great choice.
