Wonderful spot! only steps from the beach and a house that has everything you possibly need for a great beach stay! Fully stocked kitchen from baking pans to cheese grater to magic bullet! Beach towels and chairs! Outside sitting area on front porch! Perfect spot!

This place was absolutely perfect. Very clean, very close to the beach, very nicely decorated and communicative hosts. Price was reasonable and just a great place for a family vacation. We will definitely be back!!!

Our stay was great. I will start by saying, the owner, Leona, is extremely responsive. She responded within 12 hours (usually less though). She was very friendly and welcoming. This home is in a gated community with entrances around the entire thing. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a designated parking lot for the beach for community guests. The house was very clean. We had every kitchen dish and utensil that we needed. The house was exactly what is listed and pictured. There were supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, food seasoning, etc already at the house. The bedrooms were pretty small, but that was not a big deal for us. There were also beach chairs, beach toys and other items available to us for use. Our kids really enjoyed the community splash pad and outdoor pool along with the playground. There is even 2 fenced in dog parks so we were able to take our pup there. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

We had the best time! The property was very clean and well maintained and just the right size for all of us. The beach and many other amenities were just steps away. We will be revisiting!

We rented the property for a multigenerational family vacation. Some members have trouble climbing steps, but it's not easy to find a beach house that's large enough for all of us that doesn't sit high above the ground. This beautiful house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, and everyone especially loved sitting in the front porch.
The house is part of the Oceanside Village community, which provides nice amenities such as an indoor pool, a playground and on-site security. We'll be back!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we did have a few minor issues. The home was nicely decorated, the showers were hot, water pressure good, and the beds were comfortable. Access to the beach was great and so were the neighborhood amenities.
On the other side, the master toilet ran constantly and wouldn’t fill up so we shut it off and had to use another bathroom. The cable and TV speakers weren’t connected and it took us a few days to finally get everything working. The kitchen sink faucet handle was broken, which made it difficult to get hot water, and there isn’t much counter space to prepare meals. The house was clean, but there were socks, silverware and Kleenex under the chairs in the living room. I texted the homeowner about the TV and didn’t hear back. I think they may have been out of cell range.

I want to take this time and congratulate the owners of this fine property. This property was awesome,very nicely decorated,clean and well stocked. It is exactly how it appears in the picture. Now for the bad time....the darn guard at the guard house was out of line. We drove 6 hours and rest of my family drove 10 hours from Ohio. The parking pass thing is a huge miscommunication mishap, the owner handled this situation very well and didn't have an issue at all after that, besides getting lost in the property itself lol. This house is very homie very comfortable they did a great job with it. Very very clean. Wife and I are very firm mattress people and as these are new beds they wasn't for us but that is just cause we like a firm bed is all. It was an overall great visit and will definitely refer and stay at this property every Myrtle Beach trip without a hesitation. I can't say enough about this house, the layout is awesome a 3 bedroom 3 full baths and not once was we on top of one another very spacey.

All the cabinets are labeled and it makes access to items very easy.
Just 5 min walk to the beach. Husband and I run almost every day on the sand and then accessed the tennis courts with our kids. To access the community from any gate it is worth spending $10 for a card. Tennis courts keys need to be accessed from the main gate/office daily.
Delicious restaurant just 5 min away is Rick's Fish House, we tried this the 1st day and the customer service and food is amazing.
Drive to main Myrtle Beach boardwalk and entertainment is about 20 min. Market Commons is a cute open shopping mall with movies/bowling/more running paths, just 15 min drive.
Lots of mini golfs around.
The house has a grill out back, but the space is very small. It did work out for drying towels/suits.
We arrived a day earlier due a confusion and the owners were great accommodating this change.

Spring Break Stay
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very convenient to the beach! The home was also beautifully decorated with all the dish ware, towels, and blankets you’ll need. Several previous guest had complained about the beds, however, both guest room mattresses were comfortable according to my kids. We used a mattress topper for the mattress in the master, however, the bed did not appear to need it.

Would book again
Thus was the first time my family and I stayed in a vacation property lile this. It was a great experience! It definitely felt like a home away from home. It was great having access to a washer and dryer for all the laundry we had after all our beach outings. :) I took away one star because the furniture smelled like dog and the beds were a little hard. Febreez took care of that, and we can bring a pillow topper next time. Would book again!!

The beds ruined the stay
I was very optimistic that even though other reviewers stated the beds were bad that maybe they had been changed or that just staying 2 nights wouldn’t be so bad. We were very wrong, we tried different beds in the house but with no satisfaction I only got a few hours of sleep the first night. My husband ended up sleeping on the living room floor with blankets and said that laying there was better than on the beds. We left early and ended up not staying a second night because of the beds. On a positive note, the home was very well decorated, clean and just a short walk to the beach! I so wish the beds were better because everything else was a great experience. If we stay again we would probably bring a blow up mattress and stay in the living room.

Clean beautiful place but misrepresented
Working with Evolve was a nightmare. They sent constant emails reminding me of my trip. I read all of it but when I was 30 minutes away I realized the "code" I thought I had was not actually the code but the reservation number. I had to call the property manager and they didn't answer. We had trouble getting into the house. Evolve said it was a 10 digit code but it was a 4 digit code. The directions to GET to the house said to turn on Melody but it was Melanie! We drove around for 20 minutes unable to reach anyone with very tired children after a 10 hour drive. The "house" was not a house but a double wide trailer. It was clean and beautiful but the beds were old and creaky. The TV didn't work right. It was A LOT of money for the place.

Luxurious Home, Inferior Matress, Super Location
The home is beautiful with granite counter tops, luxuriously decorated and well-appointed amenities. It has everything you need while on vacation except for the most crucial article one needs when on a vacation, a comfortable bed. After long weeks at the grind stone and months of saving for a restful vacation, people need to be able to rest and relax. Poor, cheap, uncomfortable mattresses seem to always be the biggest disappointment when renting a home or condo rather than staying in a hotel. Unfortunately, this home was no different. All three beds have very poor cheap mattresses. The community is nice, the security was great, the service was good and the location was awesome. Suggestion, spend some $$ on quality mattresses.

I loved staying here but it could have been cleaned better. There was dog food under my bathroom sink and the floors were sandy. The couches smelled like dog! But other than that I loved it

Was very clean, had everything you needed. The only bad thing which really is not a deal breaker is the beds are not that comfortable but not the worst. Nice quite community with beach within walking distance. I would stay here again as it was really nice. They had plenty for the kids to do in the community. A couple of Pools and one with water park, playgrounds

Beautiful house and very close to beach!! All dishes, pots, pans, linens and towels were very clean, neat and organized!! Loved the kitchen labeling!! Tons for kids to do but their favorite was the pool and beach!! Pool was wonderful for kids, they LOVED the splash park!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!! ❤️

The home was exactly as pictured.
House was very nice and close to the beach. Perfect size home, well decorated. We had a problem with a leaking pipe (outside of home), I called to report it and it was fixed right away. The only suggestion I would have is about the beds. The pull out couch is the most comfortable. The beds in the bedrooms were uncomfortable.
